I was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call the afternoon before and the plumber asked if I would be available for him to come by a day early to fix the problem. In the last 15 years nobody had been able to locate a cleanout for our house, so I thought it was going to end up costing a ton of money. He was extremely fast and very efficient and ran a machine down the line from the toilet and from that was able to help us find the very elusive cleanout. I am absolutely thrilled about the speed, efficiency, and politeness of both of the people I dealt with and even more thrilled that it didn't cost nearly as much as I was thinking it would. That morning they responded to my request starting around 6:30 am and he was at the house with the repair completed by 10 am. Not only were they fast they were a great communicator! Since this was a rental house and we don't live there he did a great job of showing us photos of the problems and the repairs he had completed. All this for a very fair price.
