The product itself is great, and communication with the customer service team is great, but I was definitely frustrated to find out that I my package with 2 day shipping will not be arriving until 6 days after the purchase date. I ordered these certificates online 3/2/2016 and received confirmation of my order that afternoon with 2 day shipping and that my package would be delivered on 3/5/2016. The certificates I ordered are needed for a big mailing of certificates for my employer that need to be sent out 3/9/2016 and wanted to insure that this package was received before the weekend. When I arrived at work this morning to track my package because it had not been delivered on 3/5/2016, I was surprised to find that there was no tracking number anywhere on my order. When I inputted the information to track my package (Order #, zip code, and billing last name), Paper Direct gave me an error message that said there was no order with that order number and matching zip code (I tried multiple zip codes in case I had entered my home zip code by accident). I got the customer care team on the phone and Julie helped me work through my problem. She confirmed that I had paid for 2 day shipping, but the package has accidentally been shipped UPS ground, and would not be delivered until the end of the day 3/8/2016. This was a little frustrating to hear as I had gone through all the necessary steps in hopes that my package would be received on time. Julie was great - she apologized for the mix up, provided me with the correct tracking number (although she did not comment on the fact that I couldn't find any tracking information online). My package will be arriving tomorrow, which means our mailing will be delayed due to the carelessness of Paper Direct. Julie was kind enough to credit me the difference in the 2 day shipping versus UPS ground shipping (22.99 to 13.99, for a $9 credit) but it would have been a nice courtesy to waive the shipping completely as I am not receiving my order as expected PROS: - Customer Service was easy to reach. - Product was good quality CONS: - Online tracking system was not available for my order (or previous orders, for that matter) - Did not ship according to shipping paid - Still have to pay for UPS ground shipping when that is not what I chose read more

The labels I bought (RAS009) are touted as "impressed wax" address seals. I was really excited. When I received the labels, I was extremely disappointed. They are not actual wax, but printed replicas... and honestly, I probably would have chalked it up to my own idiocy (to assume they were real wax, even though they are advertised as such), but the labels are printed off-center... I mean, they look like crap, and they aren't even printed IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CIRCLE. I would rather have lit the $10 I spent on actual fire vs not even getting anything in return for spending that money. I contacted customer service and offered to return the labels in exchange for a refund, which they refused. They wouldn't even give me a credit to the store. Not smart - if the company would have offered to satisfy my complaint, they would've had a customer for life... Instead, I will spend my money elsewhere. As a military wife, I constantly have to re-buy my address labels, etc.... Their loss! read more

I ordered CLEAR, return address labels. When they arrived (at the correct address) the labels were all BLANK ! Clear blank plastic labels - you can't write on them, etc. When I ordered online, I entered my return address when setting up the label information but apparently something happened with the website or transmission that didn't show the address to print on them. It looks like someone would have had the good (or at least basic sense) to question whether blank clear labels were really logical. I called to say there was a problem and was basically told the order showed blank information and for me to have a nice day! No offer to replace, etc. You can be sure I will tell everyone about this experience in addition to leaving on-line reviews. read more

Beautiful Tri-Fold Christmas party invitations and on-time delivery just as stated. The word template I downloaded from the website worked perfectly with not one invitation wasted! I purchased over the phone because I did not have a good sense on how the tri-fold would work. The customer service representative was amazing. I needed 22 custom adhesive notepads for work. I looked many, many places but all of them had a minimum order of about 250. When I came to PaperDirect I was pleased that they had no such minimum, so I was able to to get exactly what I needed at an incredible cost (it didn't hurt that they happened to have 15% off post-its when I made my order). The set-up was easy, and the actual product looks as good as one would hope. I had a worry that they offered smaller runs at the cost of quality, but the pads are top notch. The site also saves the template I used, so when I need 22 more, it will be as easy as a couple of clicks. Great site. read more

I bought custom printed notepads from PaperDirect and am extremely unhappy with the order. Long story short, I ordered the notepads with my name on top and a line of print along the bottom. I ordered the print in blue ... they arrived printed in black ink. The bottom line was cut off at the left side of the pad. The glue-binding was so shoddy that the chipboard and most of the sheets were loose upon arrival. About half of the pad was actually a "pad." I chatted live with a very nice representative who agreed to replace the order at no charge and without returning the original order. While the representative was courteous and accommodating, and the replacement order arrived quickly, the notepads were AGAIN printed in black ink; the bottom line was AGAIN cut off on the left side; and the chipboard, and about a dozen sheets of the pad, were again loose upon arrival. Really awful quality control at this company. Thanks but no thanks. read more

I placed an order with Paper Direct through Amazon, on 2/15/16, for 250 silver address labels. They were supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. After waiting for over a month, I contacted Paper Direct to inquire about the delay. They apologized and said at the 1st of the year they transferred to a new computer system and experienced a routing issue with sheeted labels; they fixed the issue and requested a rushed order. I finally received them 36 days after I had placed the order. I've never seen such poor quality labels in my life. The printing was very pale, and several of the labels had letters that had actually rubbed off. Then I was shocked to discover that all the lettering could be completely removed simply by lightly scraping them with my fingernail, leaving a totally blank label. Also, the order advertised a box of 250, and these came in sheets in an envelope (some slightly bent), with a total of 192, not 250! I contacted the company and said the labels are not usable and I wanted a full refund. They did credit my Visa with a full refund. Then I got a letter of apology from the president with a $20.00 gift certificate, which I appreciate, but I no longer need the address labels and there is nothing else that I need to order from them at this time. I was going to leave a review on Amazon, but I can no longer find these labels on there. They may have other good products, but address labels is not one of them. read more

I can't review the product because I don't have it yet, but I ordered this Tuesday night and paid for one day shipping. It should have been here Thursday (yesterday) and didn't arrive. They are blaming it on UPS, but in my estimation if they say next day and it doesn't get there then they should be the one to refund my additional shipping charges. Paperdirect is poor quality and staff is non-responsive. Order was totally screwed up. They only fulfilled about 10% of the order and that 10% was printed wrong. It took over 3 weeks to even get a response from customer service. I called several times and they kept saying we are looking in to it. After it was said and done all they did was just refund my money. Now I have to find another vendor. They should have fulfilled the order with a discount or something, but no after 5 1/2 weeks of frustrations with the order, and fighting to get a refund, they didn't even offer a solution. They clearly admitted they were having problems with printing, but acted like it was my problem to come up with a solution. read more
