Today, I decided to try one of their personal-sized pizzas (you can get a small or a medium; the large is definitely a two-person job). You can choose to have a stuffed crust (your choice of 2 types of cheeses), which I did & it was really great. You can get 2 separate toppings on the medium, but I went with the old fan favorite of just pepperoni. They prepare it at the time you order it, and they are very generous with the cheese and topping. I was hardly able to finish it, but I forced myself because it was so good. If you're in the neighborhood, I'd highly recommend Mister Pizza.

Some dishes were plated very attractively (others, well, they were a little repetitious). Their red sauce was tasty. Their gnocchi were great; their shrimp appetizer was also very good. The wine menu is a bit limited, but there are enough decent choices at very reasonable prices that you an overlook the short-comings. The waiters are attentive and helpful. The ambience is a little lacking in charm. I'd say this is a really safe bet if you want some Italian food while in Recife, and I would definitely consider dining here again.
