They had refs, rec league players, scoreboard keepers, clean restrooms, vending machines with snacks and a drink machine. There was also a water fountain where you can fill up your water bottles! This track was huge and sorta intimidating! 1 lap around = 1 mile. We managed to WALK 3 miles but it was a little bit of a challenge. Hopefully the next time I come here I'll be able to run and not just walk the track. By no means am I a runner but I am trying to challenge myself more with my workout regimen. The park was super crowded due to baseball games going on. There are several baseball fields along with soccer fields. This is a nice facility. Oh and there is a small and large dog park on site as well! I plan to bring my fur buddy to the dog park real soon. I'm sure he'll love it! There is adequate parking with ease to accessing the park. The park is located right off the main Hwy so it's really easy to find.

They have two full tennis courts that are decent and a half basketball court that is off to the side of the tennis courts and shares the same fenced in area. There is ample parking here at the park, but I can see how during large events that parking could become scarce. They have two lots; one is located by the tennis courts and other is shared with the Jewish Chabad Center next door. The main section of the park is completely fenced in and has a small picnic shelter with tables under it, a decent paved 2/10 of a mile walking trail, a restroom facility, benches, and a couple of picnic tables. There is a bunch of shade in this area and green space in the center where you could hold a picnic, play catch or relax on. You will also see a borrow a book box and a story trail in the are as well The are also has a playground area that is on a bed of wood chips and has traditional swings, toddler swings, tire swings, a medium sized jungle gym with a slide, A fire truck themed jungle gym with a couple of slides, a merry-go-round, and a jungle gym with monkey bars and rock climbing. The equipment is in decent shape and looked like kids would have a lot of fun here. Because the area is fenced in, it is popular for those with dogs. Even though they have many signs posted to tell you to keep your dogs on a leash, I saw a few people that did not while I was there. This is a very nice park that has a lot to offer. I love the shade that it has. Even though it is located off of a busy road, I still found it peaceful. This place is a diamond in the rough and you should really consider coming here if you are looking for a park to visit.

What I really don't like, though, is how they crammed all the free weights in the small nook in the back. It's just way too crowded in there. It would've been nice to co-locate those with the bench presses. The multipurpose/spin room on the second floor is nice and offers various ways to connect your ipod or P90X/Insanity videos in their DVD player. I wish they'd have more of the kettle bells though. They offer a few classes here but they seem to be at times that aren't really when people can work out. There are 2 basketball/volleyball courts on the opposite end of the weight room and they're pretty nice but they're always being used so try to reserve gym time after 7pm which is when you're able to reserve the courts. I haven't really made it out to the annex hangar but I did peek in and noticed a cross-fit kind of rig with rings to hang from. I need to try working out with those one of these days just to check it out. There's also an indoor track there where you can run like 12 laps to do the PT test (1.5mi). Its got some kind of rubber padding, but kind of ghetto. Bottom line: The gym has more workout machines you can imagine, but I never use any of them and I think a lot are kind of a waste of space that can be used for free weights. Some of the rooms lack good ventilation but overall, it's a decent place to work out.

There's a great selection of equipment to use for any type of workout you're trying to achieve. The friendly faces at the front desk are rays of sunshine on any day. There's two levels at this gym the top level has a small women's workout room, a large aerobic room and the women's locker room. The bottom level has a basketball court, cardio room and a larger room with weights and fitness machines. I always look forward to workouts at this location

This gym honestly isn't that bad. Yes I have seen gyms that are much prettier, even on other bases…read more But past the rough, no-frills exterior, this gym has everything you need. Plenty of cardio equipment, weights, an aerobics room, and a stationary cycling room with row machines. There's also a kiosk and huge projector for video classes, of which there is a good selection (yoga, dance, etc). Minus one star for the little inconveniences...pull up bars are too high for short people like me, layout isn't the best for cross training (you have to get creative), etc. Minus another star because there are no rubber weights for Olympic lifts, which I know lots of people would use because a lot of the people who go here never leave the weight room. And I know that particular equipment has been requested (supposedly people would hurt themselves? What?). Overall, the staff is nice and you should take advantage of what they have to offer. There is also a track with a pull-up bar next door, tennis courts, a raquetball and basketball court in the fitness center, and a frisbee golf course across the street that the fitness center staff have the gear for.
