I am so in love with the women's bathroom and the large mirrors and wall vanity! Seriously, whoever stole the matching pink chair to the vanity really deserves some bad luck! Up front is a quiet little dive bar with cheap beer and lots of old locals chatting. The owner is an absolute sweetheart and was super friendly and let us gush for about an hour about how in love we were with the bar and wanted to just move in. I really wish the back of the bar was devoid of the weird 80s arcade games and icky beer signs. It really takes away from the astounding authenticity. For someone like me who is obsessed with vintage and antiques, this place is heaven. Next time I'm in Anaconda, The Club Moderne will be my first pit stop!!!

The whole place has an authentic dive bar feel that adds to the experience. Everything on the menu was very affordable, so it's hard to complain. The clientele is an interesting bunch to listen to and if you wait long enough you will hear wonderful stories from the past. I asked young Ben Martello about the pictures above the back bar. He told me they were long time customers and the pictures with the black dots denoted that they were no longer living. They seem to live on though because they are the ones that are the subjects of the stories told in the Silver Dollar.
