Furthermore, Jorge would ignore my calls and take weeks to respond to a text message. If I had known to take down the ceiling fans and hanging light fixtures before he scraped the old popcorn off the ceiling we would have paid for someone to come out and do that. The value for the job was reasonable considering he's only been doing this for four years. I had to replace the dining room light fixture because there was no way to clean all of the old popcorn out and fine sanding particles of every crease and crevice. I had to replace every ceiling fan in the house because of the same issue. The grout in my tile flooring had the same gunk on the floor. Also, paint droppings. Michelle did a good job, but he could have done a better job of keeping things clean and cleaning up after himself and his crew. Overall, Michale did a good job. I would recommend him.
