The place is very nice and clean, the staff very professional. They did not make any false promises and clearly explained how the process works and why my tattoo might not completely go away. The price is reasonable (one of the reasons I waited so long to get it removed was my fear that it would be unaffordable). Now, five sessions later, my tattoo is 95% gone! One thing to be aware of: yes, it hurts like hell. Feels like someone is spilling drops of boiling-hot oil on your skin. The good news is that it does not last long and with every visit it hurts a bit less because there is less ink to zap. Also, they have great stress balls for you to hold on to during the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend NUYU to anyone looking to get rid of tattoos they regret.

She also did not question any habits of mine that could be contributing to my condition, she was very quick to prescribe me a cream just to make a quick buck. Overall, I did not have a good experience and would not recommend.
