I just don't appreciate increasing prices drastically for something that wasn't that way prior to two natural disasters and the slow down of the economy over the past year. For some reason a pedi which is always under $20 shot up to over $30. I get it that times are rough but look out for your longer term customers too. My massage chair was also not working well and we were way too far in the pedi process to move so the normal massage I typically liked to get wasn't available( insert super sad face here). My nail technician was great and she did a very through job so I at least got my money's worth and my toes looked amazing. Over all of the other nail places around this one is the cleanest and friendliest with customer service. The crazy crowdedness that used to make up Saturday's no longer exists so it is less of a wait than before which is a great thing but probably of why the prices were jacked up!

My co workers and I made an appointment, and were having difficulty finding parking. We are not from here, so we were confused driving around. I decided to call and ask for directions as where to park. The young lady on the phone gave us "instructions" that would make sense to someone who lives here but not if you're not from here. She was using landmarks that we are not familiar with. Anyway, my co worker got stressed and dropped me off to ask where we could park. Since we had an appointment we did not want to be late. Coming in into the facility was another challenge of its own. There is no sign that says to push the door when the buzzer rings. So if you're not from here, you're just hoping that someone walks by to help you. I had to call again to figure out how to come in. I finally managed to enter their facility and when I come upstairs, I hear them mocking me and my co worker, including the client they had in their chair, laughing saying "how can you not find parking? It's right there." I then proceeded to say we are not from here. It's confusing enough having to drive on the left side of the road (not their fault). After that, I stopped looking for a nail polish color. I decided I'm not going to die without nails and I am not giving these people my hard earned money. It's their loss because I was ready to spend good money and I'm a great tipper. I take care of my people if you take care of me. It's a great thing I didn't proceed with getting anything done because my co worker sent me a picture of her pedicure chair and they just put your feet in the water like that, with no plastic wrap protector. Buyer beware: The reason for only 3 stars is location and price. This spa is at the end of a very long, rough potholed road with broken cars and buildings. The parking lot says park at your own risk which didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The facility was clean and simple, but very small and nothing special. I could have overlooked all that if it hadn't been for the price. $210 for 80 minutes, so it cost us $420. IMHO it was unreasonable for a place like this and I wasn't told the price up front when i called to book, which was my mistake. If I had known, I probably would not have scheduled.
