We made the appointment about 3 days before we wanted to come in. So when the time came and we walked in ready to be pampered we did not expect to have to sit and wait for a good half an hour before being seen. They were so busy the poor women were rushed off their feet tending to multiple sets of nails at once. Needless to say it was not the calm, relaxing, me-focused experience I was after. At the end of the day my nails looked great and the shellac lasted quite a while - about 2 and a half weeks if I recall. While camping... which is something! The price was also pretty dandy - since this experience I've paid much more for the same thing elsewhere!

They offer hot beverages so I took advantage and had a nice hot chocolate with an extra choc on the side. Love the colour I chose. Will take my young niece there for a mini mani and see how that goes. Only thing I would have liked is a lower leg massage but that's only included in the spa version.

Professionail a couple stores down was fully packed and we didn't have time to wait so we decided to give Everlast a chance since it was empty (first red flag). first thing - they didn't push & trim our cuticles and never used any moisturiser OR cuticle oil... then the lady put the wrong size tips on most of my fingers. she then filed them down so much to the point where they weren't even the shape i had asked for anymore (coffin). the length that i had asked for was a lot longer then what they ended up looking like after she had finished filing them away. not to mention the amount of times i had to tell her that the sticker was not straight (it was clearly on the piss). WAY too over priced for the service and end result. never going back there, waste of money.
