My criticism with Pizza has always been lack of quality ingredients and Fred & Mandy go out of their way to keep the quality as high as they can with an excellent cheese blend and high quality Ham and small goods right down to an inhouse blended Tomatoe base. Serafino's also caters for Vegan and Vegetarian's as well as providing Gluten free Pizza Bases on request. With a proper kitchen they also turn out excellent quality Pasta's as well as other Bistro style dishes and they are also licensed to serve Beer, Wine and Spirits. There's also an illegal blonde (dyed hair), who is very flirty, and judging by her excellent, confident and gracefully swift manner is probably owner or manager. Staff varies a bit but they have been both friendly and quick with a smile as well as seeming genuinely happy and Management staff obvious in their quality control efforts which is something I have found lacking elsewhere.
