Of course I'd give fewer stars if it were a possibility... I actually would give negative stars, to say that their management is disappointing is an insult to the word disappointment. Please understand that they have been difficult to work with for many years...once sending me a letter saying I had to remove a ramp for my 89 year old mother in law with Alzheimer's, although the ramp was her life line to the ambulance service that were frequent visitors at our home! And now, with the ice that has fallen...the money we spend on snow removal appears to be under utilized...considering our neighborhood is one big ice rink!!! Getting in and out is treacherous...but if an ambulance has to get in, it could be dangerous to the point of life threatening...all I ask of this company is be better, do your job and manage our neighborhood... read more
