I called to book an appt for a consult on what system to get. I was wanting a testing done before…read morean install just to see what system's best. They suggested one immediately without giving a choice to choose and said they will call me one day before they're coming over..?! So we agreed on a day and I was expecting a call the day before to confirm. I never heard from them! So I called them back to ask whether or not they 're coming tomorrow, since that's my day off. It would be THE day to come. They said they're backlogged from the current day and so those customers would run into the next day so they can't come on my day off. And that they'll call back to rearrange a different day. They never did. Not very accomodating. No Saturdays. Since most of us work M-F 8-5. No evening appointments, either. Went with Kinetico instead and very happy with Sheldon's work (he's associated with Costco)!!!
