This was my first time going parasailing and OMG!! I definitely had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the experience!! I really enjoyed how the crew members explained the whole process and what to do in case of an emergency, especially when you're up so high. I also felt very secure with the harnesses and with how they distributed all 3 of us across the parasail bar. Once we were up in the air, it was so peaceful and nice to just take everything in and experience being so high above the ocean. And best of all, we were able to spot a seal swimming by, which was really cool! Apparently, we were the only parasailers from our little boat crew who got to see marine life while up above lol. For our ride, we also ended up getting the photo package. Upon viewing the photos, I thought they were alright. I think maybe next time, I'd just go without getting the photo package :/ But other than that, everything was pretty nice! :) read more

We went on the Sea Lion Tour with Zane and Jack. Our tour got delayed because of the heavy fog which we appreciate. On the tour itself, Jack made sure we saw a whale and a pod of dolphins, as well as the spot with all the sea lions. It was a great time and I would be happy to do it again. read more

Cancelled my reservation without any explanation, when I called the number the guy who picked up the phone seemed clueless and had a hard time comprehending the word "cancelled". It's probably for the best, I wouldn't trust these folks to lift me up 8 ft let alone 800". They are highly incompetent and I encourage no one purchases a ride with them even if it's free. read more

What an incredible experience oh my Lordy. Made the decision to purchase the Groupon after I got my wicki whacked at Luau Larry's-highly recommend if you aren't with your girlfriend. Butterflies were impregnating my stomach prior but I had a little mamma Mia playing while we were floating 800ft up in the clouds and those Swedish ladies got me through it as they did with many moments in my life. Not to mention Jack and David were a more well oiled machine than the cast of Cars. Thanks guys! read more

We had the most amazing breathtaking experience parasailing with this company today, the expert captain Simon and His assistant. Johnny made our time with family so memorable. We parasail up 800 feet we paid for the photo package so we captured it all, and they even found a pot of dolphins which we got to look down upon while we were sailing. It was a smooth, awesome ride. Everything was clean and safe. Maddie at the Front was awesome and took care of our bags while we went on our excursion. Highly recommend and we will be back. read more

Dont pay for the pictures. They waited till I was all the way up in the air to take pics. Nothing of me going up or coming down. Just have someone else on the boat take pics or you'll be wasting 40 bucks! read more

cancelled our experience with NO email or text. i went and there was no one there? i called and he said " when did you book, emails were sent saying it was cancelled due to windy weather " i asked for a refund, he said the card wasn't charged but we booked through groupon, refunds were too late. not the issue here, the issue is that there was no cancellation email sent! read more

Horrible experience! My son was hesitant to go On so they skipped his turn then he decided he wanted to go on after he saw a couple people try it but they didn't let him even after we paid them in full. It is rushed experience with no communication. Not a good company for children read more

My husband and I had a great time parasailing. Jerry is 80 years old and the boys were so good with him. Got him up in the air with me, even dipped our feet into the water. I would do this again. Omg! Such a fun time! My friend and I decided to go parasailing on Catalina Island and I'm so glad we did. We had a great time and our two boat attendants (I forgot their names :() were amazing. They knew how to keep the atmosphere funny and lighthearted, even if some people were scared (ME!). Also, they knew exactly what they were doing. My friend and I went on the boat with two other pairs of people. Each group was in the air for a decent amount of time, the view was spectacular. No amount of pictures can do it justice. We each paid about $70 give or take. You are allowed to bring your phone in the air with you, but if you do it's obviously at your own risk. I would say the best part of the ride is when the parachute is lowered so you can dip your feet in the water! Amazing experience, if you are visiting this beautiful island I highly highly recommend this excursion. You will not leave disappointed. read more

Such a great experience here! We came to Catalina for my husbands birthday weekend and heard about a birthday BOGO here so we went to see if it was true....while a lot of the things "free birthday" items I saw on TikTok turned out not to be accurate, this one was! We had a 2pm reservation on the day we got there but since we weren't checked into our hotel yet, they allowed us to change it pretty last minute which was so accommodating! We had an amazing experience on the water - it was a short ride but seemingly reasonable for $100. Definitely a recommended experience! read more

It's about $65 per person. I suggest you book ahead. I've parasailed a few times with this company and it gets pretty busy. Although, there was a person who was in line that was booking spontaneously. Have Fun!!

That actually made me more nervous at first, but it turned out to be totally fine. The hummer never gets that close to the cliff edge, and it always felt controlled and safe. The views are unreal!!!!!! seriously breathtaking. We were lucky enough to see 2 bison, 2 Catalina foxes, 2 does, and a young buck. The tour before us saw zero bison, so we were thrilled. We even got to see them up close, which was incredible. As for the ride itself, I didn't find it nearly as bumpy as people make it sound. There were a few spots where the height felt a little sketchy, but in a "whoa" way, not a "nope, I regret everything" way. All in all, I'd absolutely recommend this tour. Don't let dramatic exit speeches scare you off, you'll be glad you did it. There's blankets available on the hummer in case you get chilly. Tips: - bring cash. The boat had an enclosed bench-seating area with all seats facing the center of the boat, which was made of glass and several feet below where we all sat. I was amazed by how clear the water was-even right next to shore. As we moved, our guide shared some local history and information about the marine life below us. We paused at several fish sanctuary locations, and the guide threw fish food into the water to attract more fish than we could count. The tour, which lasted an hour, was a delight for the whole family. All of the kids and kids at heart were thrilled by the many types of fish we saw. We were even fortunate enough to see a diving cormorant! The waves were not too bad on the day I went...even though my stomach usually gets queasy on smaller boats, this one didn't bother me. Maybe I was too entranced by the fish to notice. If I ever visit Catalina again and have time to do it, I'll be more than happy to go on this tour again. It was just long enough, and you never know what you'll see down there! Note--there is a public restroom at the beginning of the pier, but much of it was out of order, leading to some pretty long lines. Make sure you go before you get on the boat-no restrooms on board.

On a one day visit to Catalina Island, there is so much to do, see and eat…read more To start, rent a golf cart or wear good walking shoes because this port is not too big for tourist exploration. There is also a "Circuit" ride share that will take you around the island for $2 per person. Coming in by tender from a cruise ship is great. The docking area is in town and so close to everything. I exited the tender and walked along the waterfront where I passed a few children's playgrounds with a pirate theme. Then on to where the golf carts are rented. I walked to the pier (Green Pier) where there are bathrooms and many small shops all hoping for the tourist business. They carry the typical port souvenirs. After a long walk on this short pier I got to the end where there is many people fishing with poles and the little set ups they will sell you for a few dollars and the bait too. There are plenty of benches to sit and watch the boat come in and out of the harbour. There is a small beach area that has lots of pretty colored little rocks along the shoreline. The walk to the round Casino Building is pretty much the end of the road before a mountainside resort. I passed by some waterfront restaurants that were even crowded on a cloudy day. My walk back to the tender was quick and the ride back to the cruise ship was also pretty nice and calm.

What really stood out was how perfectly Andrew balanced the experience -- he knew exactly when to share great stories and facts, and when to let us simply soak in the sights, sounds, and beauty around us. He never rushed us and made sure we had plenty of opportunities for amazing photos and genuine wildlife sightings. We truly felt like we were seeing the island at its best. The tour felt safe, well-supported, and action-packed, without ever feeling overwhelming. You could tell Andrew genuinely cared about everyone having a great time and walking away with memorable moments. We also saw a fox and bison!
