The banks of the Rhône have a different vibe than those of the Saône. I enjoyed walking along them…read morejust as much, but failed to see how it looks at night time. I will need to remedy that on a future visit. There are so many spots along the banks to sit back and relax which I made sure to take advantage of. Also perfect for a picnic with friends, a jog, bike riding, and more. The city does a great job at keeping the banks clean and maintaining the public areas. A lot of other cities could learn from how they do it here.

I love the idea of being able to enjoy fresh air and outdoor sports in the city…read more France Adventures is based on top of Fourvière. Getting there is very nice and possible with a bus. When you go to climb on trees, you have to begin with an initiation course, that permit to have fun with your whole group of friends including those (like me) who are afraid from the highs. Then you can release the monkeys. The day I've been there, a storm suddenly happened during the afternoon. And the staff has been awesome. They advised people, explaining how to get out as fast as possible and they helped the youngest children. They handled the situation very well and I feel secured if I go back there.
