Absolutely the best place for personalized rehab and fitness training! Dr. Gonzalez took his time to explain my knee injury and what to expect during recovery. He helped me feel much more informed and secure in my decision to have surgery; even letting us conference call him from my doctor's appointment. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Alex Gonzalez help me post my ankle surgery. After trying out skateboarding for the first time the night ended in me having surgery, a metal plate and 13 screws. I was bound to a cast, crutches or my knee scooter for 3 months. When the cast came off, I was given the boot and as soon as I was cleared to start physical therapy I went to the best physical therapist hands down. I went to PARC PT to work on the pain I have from my sciatic nerve. Dr. Gonzalez was so amazing, he treated not only my pain but taught me stretches I can do at home as part of my morning routine that will continue helping me. I also joined in on Wednesday Yoga and it was amazing! The instructor Amanda is probably the best instructor I've ever had. My favorite part was at the end when we laid there "exhaling the negativity and inhaling the positive choices in our lives" she came up and had essential oils in her hands which we inhaled. So soothing and relaxing, but also an amazing workout. I was so sore the next day! Overall, it's clear that Dr. Gonzalez is super passionate about what he does. The overall wellness of his patients is his number one priority. Oh! And did I mention that I love the atmosphere of this place?!
