The west Ryde branch has old European style designed, more like friends catch up venue. I love the music they playing all the time, quiet soothing and calm. I was there for Ultherapy (skin tightening) not like other salons will also try sell me do Botox and surgical lifting all sorts of procedures. Serendipity has tried to give most appropriate & cost effective solutions. To me, this is the best beauty salon I have been to for the past 10 years.
