This salon has always been great and the quality is amazing. I see Brenda for my eyelashes and Lana who does my eyebrows. Brenda is very professional and does an amazing job with eyelashes!! She always takes her time to make them look amazing. Brenda always makes sure I'm comfortable and asks every-time if I want to change anything. Lana is also very professional. Although I only see Lana about once a year to get my eyebrows touched up, she is always pleasant and always listens to what you want to do. This is my 2nd time going to this location. It's Lana who always do my lashes and I always get "Hybrid" which is a mix of classic and volume lashes. She uses mink lashes too. She's a nice lady and do her work perfectly. She's pretty good of what she do. Good thing they opened a closer location to my place because South Reno location is too far from my place. Getting my brows done is definitely the best thing I've done for myself all year! I spend so much less time getting ready and filling them in, it's so nice waking up to perfect brows every day. I went in wanting a very natural brow. Lana used a combination of shading and the hair strokes machine to give the look or fuller more defined brows without looking "drawn on". Initially, I was so scared they would be too dark! (Lana warned that right after getting them done, they will be much darker than the healed brows). However, after they finished healing in about 2 weeks they were PERFECT! You can't even tell I've had them done, they just look naturally perfect, it's awesome. Lana made the whole experience comfortable and easy. She is very skilled at what she does, I would highly recommend her! Thank you Lana! read more

The owners have gone above and beyond to take multiple courses and training sessions to have the latest and best techniques and products available. The customer service here is equally impressive. I started going to Paris Nails (their first store) a few years ago and I have not missed an appointment since! One thing I love about Paris Lash is that they will go out of their way to work you into the schedule if you have a last minute change or need in for a special event. The space was great, and everyone was friendly. Once done the lashes were short and too thick but I just did the polite thing snd said it's great, gotta go, because I wouldn't be able to sit through anymore I had a strange experience. Judging From the reviews maybe it was a fluke, however it has stayed with me for days. I don't know who my lash tech was, she was very sweet, however, she did some odd things. She used some sort of tape on my eyes, not under eye pads, it hurt and took out some of my lower lashes on removal Also she never used the fan to dry the glue on my lashes. Not certain if it correlates but within a few days most of the lashes fell out. But that's not the worst if it. Now for the Coupe de gras -- she clearly didn't wash her hands and had touched a sweaty area of her body that I pray was just her underarms. As a nurse of 14 years I almost couldn't sit through my appointment, it was constant meditation. And to make it that much more awful the smell from her touching me, was all over my face so bad that my BF noticed it when he kissed me as I walked in our apartment I almost didn't leave a review but after consideration feel this is the best. The lash tech needs to be educated on cleanliness and dry time. I don't know that I'll return to see another tech based on this experience alone. Such a cute Lash Salon! I have been going to their sister salon in South Reno for around 3 years now, but I'm a college student who lives by UNR so the new midtown location is perfect. It is always super clean and a very quiet, relaxing salon. They are very timely and I have never had to wait past my appointment time to start my lash fills. I usually see Meg when I can for volume lash fills, but she books up fast so make sure you book in advance. I have seen a couple other ladies there and they all do an equally great job. They have an awesome points (rewards) system too, so once you spend a certain amount you get a free mani or pedi or they'll even just take the money off of whatever service you want! Their prices are also very affordable and for such a nice salon I am honestly surprised they aren't more expensive! Overall, I love it here and will never be going to another lash salon as long as they are open! read more
