I like this gas station. There are plenty of gas pumps and I don't ever recall waiting to use a free one. The pay-at-pump machines have always worked well when I need them to. It's clean. The windshield fluid is always full when I need to use the squeegee to clean my windows and backup camera. I have been inside the convenience store when I crave popcorn or need a drink. It's clean and the folks there are always friendly. (4)

Right after I picked it up I noticed that there were some smudges on the infotainment system screen. Once I got a towel to wipe it, the smudges didn't go away, instead I realized it was water/moisture shown under the screen glass. The next day it got even worse with more moisture/water droplets showing. I went to the car wash to address this with the employees and they told me to turn the heater on max for 30 minutes and it will go away. So I did that on the spot and it was still there. They advised me to call or email the head office/owner to get this fixed. I have been in touch with the owners via their customer service and they haven't replied to my email yet. Instead they just tell me they will call me back and never do. One time they told me to go to the carwash to speak with a new manager who can help. When I went it turned out to be a cashier who emphasized they can't help and that I need to speak with the owner. When I call to follow up they ask me to check if there is a plastic laminate that trapped moisture on the car, that they will check their cameras and then most recently tell me they are not responsible for any damage on my car because of a document they make customers sign before they work on their cars. They never gave me the document and they never responded in writing to anything. Basically wasting my time and avoiding giving me any kind of direct resolution. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and currently pursuing legal actions.

My gear shift all started flashing green and you could not tell which gear you were in. I tried to chat gpt it thinking it was something simple. I then called my dealership and said you will have to have it towed in due to the possible unsafety of driving it due to the gears were not representing what gear it was in. I just got a call today to say I have a $ 2244.18 bill due to the moisture gone through from the car wash thru the gear shift. I will be going be emailing their office probably tomorrow when I get my car back and the final bill is put together and the full video that my dealership always does and gives to their clients while working on the cars. Once I have all that I will ask for a full reimbursement. I will also ask for a reimbursement for the $ 70 I paid for the car wash and for the $ 35 I paid for a free month of car washes and for an additional $ 25 to pay CAA for picking it up to take to my dealership. This whole entire 2 days have been a nightmare. I noticed thru the reviews another person had a moisture issue and has taken legal action. Before starting, they told me what the price would be to confirm that I was okay with the cost. I've had horrible experiences in the past at other quick change places with the final cost being FAR more than advertised so this was especially refreshing. They even brought the dipstick to the window to show me the oil level was full :) The staff was very pleasant from start to finish and I even got a free car wash because I mentioned I found them on Yelp!
