On the yelp account it shows they were open until 9:00. They actually close at 8:00... there were two employees and none of them had told me they were closing. Weekends tend to be really busy, so if you need extra help, go on a weekday. You can definitely still find someone when it's busy, but it feels less rushed when they're NOT swamped with people. I've had nothing but excellent customer service here. No matter what location I am at, the staff will check their online inventory to see if they have what you're looking for in stock, in most cases there's been a few times where they didn't have a particular pair of shoes in stock, but they ordered for me and had it delivered to my house. Thanks famous footwear for being awesome! I'll see you another 600 miles if NOT before. I highly recommend this place.
