    Park cafe!

This is my boyfriend and I's go to for lunch! Especially when we want burger! The park burger and the mushroom burger are my favourite. The gravy is an extra charge but it is so so worth it! The gravy is so good. Everyone is always friendly and our food always come fast.

This place has the potential to be a real sh*thole, but it hits you in the face with a surprise. That surprise is good food! The Park Cafe has an interesting ambiance with old pictures from the neighborhood and some old antiques on display. It is located in a seedy area of town and you may have to weed through a few drunk First Nations to get to the door, but once in, you will eat a great meal. I had breakfast which included a green onion, bacon and mixed peppers omelet with whole wheat toast and a side of hash browns. Freakin delicious. Everything had flavor and the portion was perfect. Considering where this place is, the price was a little high. For the omelet and a drink I paid almost $15. I was expecting that to be a $12 meal myself. The prices were not on the menu which was a little misleading...OK a lot. But, it's a great whole in the wall and I will definitely go again and recommend it to others.

Very Cool little cafe on 20th, breakfasts and lunch's served. The food was great, everything seemed to be homemade. Awesome burger, great soups and the breakfast menu looked great too. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The only thing that needs upgrading is the booth seats. Getting a little old and worn.. A hidden spot for Saskatoon for sure.

Love this place. Quiet with booths and tables. Reasonably priced Soup n Sandwich and other specials daily.

Best breakfast in town, definitely. I love the old timey diner vibe and the food is fabulous - especially the salmon bagel.

I got the War Pig ($15.5), my boyfriend got the Double Rink Burger ($12) with 2 slices American Cheese ($3) and Back Bacon ($2), a fountain pop ($2.75) and we shared Garlic Fries ($9) with 2 Mayo Dill ($2.5) sauces for dipping. My boyfriend really enjoyed his burger, he would return here again. A man of simple words The burgers are messy, so be prepared to use a bunch of napkins ! He was also very pleased about free drink refills. Our fries were delicious and had an extremely strong garlic taste. I think the fresh minced garlic was sautéd in oil and parsley, giving it such a strong and natural taste. Loved it. Especially because they made house cut fries! While the Mayo Dill was good, I only recommend getting the mayo dill if you get plain fries. My War Pig was phenomenal. It was a double stack of smashed beef using fresh chuck/brisket of a 80/20 % blend and I could taste it was good quality beef. This burger consists of side bacon, back bacon, bourbon bacon jam, LOADED with crispy fried onions, and topped with lettuce, tomato and mustard. Easily one of the best Smash Burgers in Saskatchewan. Wouldn't change a thing. They deliver on their promise of big flavors and generous portions, so you definitely won't leave hungry. All of the ingredients are high quality, fresh, and locally sourced. The lady who took our order was very friendly and provided excellent service. On top of that, the pricing was reasonable considering the portion sizes and overall quality. On an unrelated note, I wholeheartedly loved to watch Jurassic park while we had our dinner!!! I highly recommend this spot and everything we ordered. My only regret was that I didn't have room for a milkshake !

I know the website says not to change the making of anything but, I can't have mustard. We ask to have the mustard on the side. We were told NO. I said "I can't have mustard. Can you please just leave it off?" I was told NO again. So, my husband and I looked over the menu to find something without mustard. We finally found 2 items. Then when they say spicy...they mean HOT. The spicy ketchup on the meatloaf is very hot and The smoked chipotle dip is very hot. I couldn't eat either of them and my husband, who has no problem with hot wings and fire sauce, could not eat them either. To sum up, we did not enjoy our visit. How hard is it to leave mustard off of a sandwich. I wish them luck...but it's definitely not for us.

Even tho the name kinda gave it away that there'll be tomatoes (key ingredient to bruschetta), I didn't expect there to be onions as the menu DOES NOT indicate that I of course, picked it all out and gave it to Mr C (swipe to see his burger with it). Flavour-wise, it was flavourless with a hint of sourness to it. Not sure if it's the tomato or onions but I didn't like it. I was fairly hungry so I still devoured the entire bowl with the toast...but funny... I was still hungry you'd think for $20 I'd be decently full...but nope...I ended up ordering their Market soup as one of his friends ordered and recommended it. T H I S was actually good. Hot and plenty of flavour! And stole some of my bf's fries He got Cajun Cheddar Chicken burger and it wasn't too bad. My tomatoes/onions helped make it better apparently but honestly, tho it came with two sides - it's not really worth the $22 ‍ After the rush game, we ended up back at OJ's again for post-game food and drinks. I got their traditional poutine since it was a happy hour special. Ate about 60% of it; didn't finish cause it was just too salty. My bf got their Dynamite Tempura Shrimp. I was surprised this actually tasted pretty good! It was, however, a bit too saucy for our likings. Will we go back? Maybe if we meet up with friends but we wouldn't go as a date with just ourselves.
