So when the information comes up telling me its due a service, I ring up Mercedes Benz of Bedford. They are always very helpful and friendly. I always have a courtesy car, so sometimes may have to wait a bit longer for a slot for a service. The courtesy car is alway clean (I got the same car as I was having serviced, an A Class). When I returned for my car, they went through any problems. Its a new car, so usually very minor. They are very quick and everything is done very well. I always get back a car that is alot cleaner than when it went in, inside and out. Very happy with them and would use them again.

They failed to repay the finance on my part ex resulting in me having to pay 2 more instalments for my old car plus the instalments on my new car. Still to this day waiting for my refund. New car registration - kept getting numberplate wrong upon trying to register my new vehicle resulting in a 2 week delay, issue only spotted my me. New car collection - kerbed alloy, car dirty. Incorrect service plan added to vehicle, should have been 3 years, they added 2. Black badges- never arrived, still waiting 3 months in. Communication from this dealership is terrible. Have been emailing for the past 3 months and occasionally get the odd reply. No official apology. Customer service atrocious to say the least. No gesture of goodwill or any compensation offered. Totally unacceptable from a dealership. Where is your customer service??
