Solid spot turning out good cocktails and a simple but well executed menu. Caesar salad is a great starter and the salmon entree is satisfying.

Went here for a work dinner with the team and everyone loved it! Food was delicious. Service was quick. The place is beautiful and set up nicely. The bar looks like a fun place to hang at too. We started with garlic bread, hamachi crudo, aranchini, margarita pizza, and fire roasted peppers. The chef also sent over the smoke show pizza and the truffle pizza. We really enjoyed all of it. The hamachi crudo was excellent. We ordered drinks. The vermouth service was really cool to see and I ordered the pear bianco spritz, which was delicious. I ordered the branzino, it was tasty. My coworker loved the burger and a bunch ordered the steak and enjoyed it. Some ordered pasta dishes and enjoyed them too. We ordered a side of fries that were delicious.

Overall bar is nice. Had happy hour which I appreciated. Pizza was bad! Luckily it was on happy hour. Why would anyone pay $26 for such a bad pizza normally priced. It was thin crust but used way too much corn meal flour. It was very sandy tasting. So not recommend! I would consider the other items for happy hour next time. Also you should check out the weird sinks in the bathroom.

I would recommend this place if you're looking for a nice hip place to dine and you don't need reservations. Park Rose is part of the Park Ave hotel so it often has people in and out. There are plugs at a lot of the tables for your laptop. A few people were on their screens. This is because it's also part of the hotel. The food is mostly Italian. The ambiance is chic and has a slick femme vibe. There's a bar area, a dining area and there is an area in the back for big private parties. The food was above mid. I got the burger and it was cooked deliciously! The fries came out cold but I let them know and they came out with hot fries. We also got the crudo which was tasty and the presentation was nice. Small portion though. Another dish we got was the roasted peppers that had a soft burratta cheese on top. It was very delicate tasting. It had peppercorns on it as well that made your tongue tingle with spice. Overall the food is good and the place is nice.

Cauliflower steaks, Chicken Milanese & Branzino

An underwhelming experience. I came into Park Rose so excited, the space is absolutely stunning and I thought this was going to be an incredible meal. It is restaurant week and I do tend to find that quality slips while they are mass producing dishes on price fix menus. The starters for the table were very good. I must say the giardiniera veggies, peppers with stracciatella and garlic bread were all very good and I truly have no complaints about them. For my appetizer, I had the Caesar salad, which unfortunately might be the worst Caesar salad I have had in my entire life. While pretty, it was truly inedible and one person at our table said it "tasted like dirt". I didn't have them, but those at the table that had the Arancini did enjoy them and the sauce accompanying them was good. For my main, I had the cauliflower steak and I must say it was very good, not a singular note on that. Others at the table got the chicken Milanese and the Bronzino. They said the Bronzino was good, but the chicken was very dry. On the price fix menu it said that olive oil cake was going to be the dessert which we were all incredibly excited for, however, when they actually brought out the dessert round, it was tiramisu, which was not great. We were all very disappointed. In speaking to service, it was very slow. Almost to the point where we were wondering if they forgot about us, even though we were seated quite literally at the first table of the restaurant. Quality of service though was great as all of the waitstaff, hosts and even busboy were incredibly friendly. Ambience is truly where this place shines. It is stunning inside and I would come in for a drink just to be in the space. Overall, I unfortunately will not be coming back to Park Rose nor would I recommend it. I must say though that management did reach out to try and remedy the situation following some complaints and I have to give it to them that that is something that is very appreciated.

Had an absolutely outstanding dinner at Park Rose last night, one of those rare experiences where everything comes together seamlessly. We lingered for nearly 2 1/2 hours and never once felt rushed. From start to finish, it was relaxed, attentive, and genuinely pampering. Manager Giovani welcomed us warmly and seated us near the front. Immediately, you notice the charm of the space - intimate, elegant, and thoughtfully designed so that no matter where you sit, it feels special. Our server, Cesar, introduced himself and walked us through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm. We quickly chose the prix fixe, but first ordered one of their house vermouth service creations. What a treat. A bar cart arrived tableside, and Aaron crafted the drinks right in front of us, a thoughtful, theatrical touch that elevated the entire evening. The infused vermouth like the Cranberry Rosso was exceptional, honestly something they could bottle and sell on its own. (which we recommended to them). My wife and daughter also both had the Negroni which my wife is still is talking about. Each course that followed was visually stunning and just as impressive in flavor. From appetizers through dessert, every plate was beautifully composed and memorable. The three of us found ourselves raving after each course. My pumpkin ravioli, in particular, was outstanding, delicate, perfectly balanced, and deeply satisfying. Park Rose is truly a gem. Exceptional food, refined yet warm service, and an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and savor the moment. We'll absolutely return the next time we're in the city.

A wonderful New Year's Eve dinner! We got the set menu which was $150/person. All the dishes were amazing. The steak was so tender and I loved the flavor. The pumpkin ravioli was one of the best ravioli I've had. My favorite appetizer was the burrata. The chocolate cookie was DIVINE. It was like a chocolate lava cake in cookie form. Service was stellar and food came out quick. I'd definitely go back for a special occasion!

Selected this restaurant for a late lunch before a Broadway show. Arrived before it got busy and was given a great table with a window seat. Ambiance is beautifully modern including the lighting. Ordered the house garlic bread and ARANCINI which was delicious. For my main I had the chicken Milanese which was equally amazing. Great food and atmosphere along with the service made this a restaurant that I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning too.

Fabulous happy hour! I was ecstatic to realize recently that this space had been redone and reopened. It was pretty empty at 6 pm on a cold Monday night but they filled up by 7 pm. The bar area is a great size and they have lounge seating in the front. Service was great. Didn't they the food, just drinks on this visit. Menu is Italian. Will definitely be back, especially for the daily happy hour which is a great deal for the city.

had such a great experience at Park Rose! The food was absolutely delicious -- the burger was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, the pizza had an amazing crust and just the right balance of toppings, and the caesar salad was crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed. The service was excellent too -- our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. On top of that, the restaurant itself is beautiful -- warm, stylish, and inviting. Highly recommend Park Rose to anyone looking for a place with great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!

We sat on the patio, which was perfect for a summer day. We enjoyed everything we ate and were genuinely left wanting more by the end of the meal. *Cast Iron Focaccia: Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The tomato conserva alongside it was delicious. *Mortadella con Pistacchio: Simple and well executed. Great mortadella. *Escarole: Reminded me of a Caesar salad. The leaves were crisp and generously dressed, which I loved. *Braised Beans: I generally do not love beans, but I loved this dish. It felt like a hearty, comforting bean stew. *Rigatoni Alla Gricia: My favorite dish of the night. Rich and creamy with salty guanciale and perfectly cooked pasta. *Roasted Half Chicken: Usually chicken is not something I get excited about at restaurants because it can be bland, dry, or both. This was one of the best restaurant chicken dishes I have ever had. It was perfectly moist, incredibly well seasoned, and felt like a thoughtfully composed dish rather than just a piece of chicken on a plate. Even the white meat was tender, and the skin was fantastic. The service was excellent throughout the meal. Combined with the beautiful setting and consistently strong food, it made for a memorable dining experience.

It took more than 10 minutes for our wine to arrive after we ordered it. After we finished eating, our dirty plates sat on the table for over 15 minutes while multiple staff members walked by without clearing them. I eventually had to place a plate over my food just to get someone's attention. Our wine glasses were never refilled, and the only time anyone checked on us was after we had completely finished our meal to ask how the food was. It's frustrating because the kitchen did an excellent job, but the service fell far short of the quality of the food. I probably won't return because there's so many options in the city.
