A stylist sat with me and I had a mini-consultation about what haircut I would like, she showed me examples in hair brochures and advised me on what would and wouldn't work for my hair type. Hair was washed, all Paul Mitchell products, I was also offered a drink. The haircut I received was second to none - the stylist took her time and appeared to be very knowlegeable about cutting techniques. I was very pleased with my finished style! And to top it off, it was 25% off day (Tuesday), which was a pleasant surprise. I was given two vouchers for me and a friend to have 50% off on our next visit. Well worth the money.

I really didn't feel like I'd been pampered and made to look great as I do at my usual hairdressers. I am now going to try elsewhere and hope that they listen to what I ask for! Very disappointed.
