I have lived in Park Terrace Gardens since 2002. I am very happy with the upkeep of the buildings, the professionalism of the staff, and the friendly vibe created by my fellow residents. Perhaps my favorite feature of the coop is the open rooftop access, both common areas and private terraces, where residents can BBQ and relax. We're also surrounded by parkland, Inwood Hill Park and Isham Park, which are both great for walking the dog. read more
