Been a long time user of this service and it was great before. This last time, we came home and just as we were leaving, we noticed a new crack in our windshield. Manager said it was from a chip that no one can find on the windshield. More likely it was caused by them bringing in the car from the cold outside and cranking the heat to the max in the car since the crack goes along the vents. Quick to respond to negative reviews but not to emails regarding issues. Additionally, they saw it has to be one cause without showing any proof and discounting the effect of bringing full heat on a cold windshield causing a minimum of 50C temperature difference and the effects it would have. read more

We left our car here for a week when we went on vacation out east. They offer services such as indoor parking, detailing services, and EV charging so your car will be ready for when you return and if it's winter, the car will be nice and warm for you too! The service we experienced was first class, we drove in and were immediately helped by the valet there. He grabbed our luggages and brought them aboard the shuttle bus they take you directly to the airport with. Upon our return it was super easy to find the shuttle bus as it was clearly labelled Park2Go. The driver was very patient and had an exact number of people he knew he was waiting for so that very organized and no person left behind. It was late when we got in so we were tired from travelling all day but the check out process was fast and easy. They also give discounts if you have AMA. Overall I highly recommend this place and would certainly use their services again on our next trip. read more

Terrible experience parked here after a long holidays. How many people read their policy before parking here? I am a victim of this company's shit policy. Booked an indoor parking spot for my new 2024 car in winter time, but they left my car outside for a few days. Good thing i have dash cam to see this. I spent over $1300 to get my car repaired after they tried to boost too many times and blew a fuse. My vehicle was completely disabled. Like they have done to many other cars with 1 star reviews, but not worth 1 star and with no liability policy even if your car is damaged, stolen from inside, burned, broken... without compensation. Their offer of $300 for all damages, out of kindness to me. Not worth it at all and i don't need it anymore. When something unfortunate happens that policy is to protect them and their employees. The risk is on the customer. Consider this when parking here. You may have a good experience because nothing happened to your car but you have to be ready for the risk to your vehicle. Ive used this company for years and recently had my suv there 11 days. i paid extra for indoor parking so no one had access to and thought it would be safer and paid extra for wash.upon pick up there was a 6" crack on passenger side window which im assuming maybe the wash wand hit the window. they came out took pictures and said they will investigate but said not done there.This company will not take any responsibility for any damage caused by them. They are now threatening legal action for posting bad reviews saying its a threat to destroy the business which they are doing a fine job on their own. just warning to others to be prepared to pay for any damages to their vehicles. read more

I have been using Park 2 Go ever since they were "Elite Indoor Park and Ride". Over the past 15 years or so, I have watched the quality steadily deteriorate. My most recent incident came last night, Feb 9th, when arriving from 9 days away. I was unfortunately about 2 hours late arriving and immediately advised of my arrival upon receiving my baggage. I waited on their bus at the airport for about 10 minutes prior to being taken the to the Park 2 Go facility. When I received my bill, ($109) I asked if I could use my $11 loyalty dollars toward my bill and was told yes. They recalculated, took my $11 and gave me a new bill for $106. When I asked how the math on this worked, I was given an excuse that I can't use my loyalty dollars toward my bill because my bill already showed an 'online' discount which they removed to give me the loyalty reward. How in the world does this work?! Why even offer loyalty rewards if they are worthless?? And to top it off, my truck was not even taken inside. I arrived, paid my bill, and watched as they brought in my -20 degree vehicle, covered in ice and snow. What terrible service. I recommend anyone considering a parking company, to look elsewhere because ever since these people took over this company, they do not care about their customers at all. It's disgraceful. read more

My truck wasn't ready when we got off our shuttle. They said they tried to boost but the ignition wouldn't turn. It needed a bit of lock de icer which they are not allowed to used inside your vehicle for legal reasons. I was scared my storage locker key was damaged and used in my ignition. Also the battery casing was not put on properly after. It was loose on top of my engine. read more

Parked over a two week period for holidays and when we returned, they had attempted to boost our truck and DID IT INCORRECTLY and fried the ECM. $5000 in damages, the report even stated that it was due to improper boosting. Took invoice to the location and was only able to speak to manager on the phone. He accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY and refused to even discuss it. We are reasonable people and would have engaged in a mature discussion but management proved they were not interested. Will never use this service again and would encourage ANYONE AND EVERYONE to avoid at all costs read more

This was a great service but is no longer. Customer service was rude. My car had not been parked inside as advertised. On the registration form I had listed what time I would arrive. When we got there my car was full of ice and snow. An attendant was frantically trying to clear it. When I complained, I got the rude service. Absolute scam, bait and switch savings! reserved a spot with AMA to get a discount of about 20$ per week. Even keyed in my AMA card number to get the preferred rate of 60$/week. When it was time to pick up my my vehicle, the bill was 84$ and change. I asked about this to which the attendant asked if I was an AMA member. I replied that I was but didn't have my card with me as I was travelling to another country and didn't suspect I would need it as I had keyed in The numbers online with my reservation. I was told that the bill was now 84 something. I asked why I would have to key in my AMA number to reserve a spot if they didn't use that number for the discount. The attendant repeated that the total was 84 something... VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND EXCEEDINGLY POOR PEOPLE SKILLS OF THIS INDIVIDUAL WOULD HAVE ME RECOMMEND ANY OTHER PARKING GARAGE. We came back from a week away to a dead battery that we had to replace while on the lot. Because we arrived late at night, we had to get a hotel as we could not get home and then the next day we had to get a car rental so we could go and buy a battery to replace vs towing (as well as miss work to do all this). This ended up costing us a lot of money. We assumed this company plugged vehicles in when it gets cold but they do not unless you request. They try to boost vehicles that won't start but if it's been very cold and your battery is actually dead from the cold, this obviously won't work. They have no way to plug your vehicle in unless parked in very specific areas on their lot which again is only available upon request. We have used this company for years but after dealing with them when something goes wrong, I would say we will not be using them anymore ever and we will also be telling all our family and friends not to use. Lots of language barrier issues with staff and often just plain confusion surrounding everything. read more

Here's the story about the rudest customer service person I've met in a long time: We arrived on time in YEG. Per the instructions provided by the gentleman that checked us in to Park2Go, I texted my ticket number to number provided to make sure the shuttle was there. No response. Got off the plane, went through customs, still no response. Got outside, it was cold. Still no response. I waited a few minutes. Two shuttles came by from competing park and ride places. Nothing. So I decided to call. "Your call is very important to us blah blah blah..." Some one answers, I let them know that I texted and got no response. They ask for my ticket number. I give it to them. "Oh well I didn't get the text but we'll send a shuttle over." Tick tock tick tock...25 minutes go by. Keep in mind it's cold out, so I'm getting more and more frustrated as each chilly minute ticks by. By the time the Park2Go shuttle shows up, 4 Jet Set shuttles and 2 Park and Fly shuttles have driven by. Anyways so we get to the office, I go inside to settle up. I'm annoyed. For the first time in a long time, everything went right to this point. Flight was early landing, customs was a breeze, bags were a few minutes wait, now i'm getting held up waiting for probably the least complicated part of this journey. So I ask the lady at the counter "is there a particular reason we had to wait almost 30 minutes for a shuttle?" Without looking at me she says "We have 5 shuttles running." She was so indignant about her response. Not a "sorry about that, we only have one shuttle running, I hope next time will be better for you." Nothing. I'm not suggesting the customer is always right, because they're not. But there was a basic level of friendliness and customer service that was lacking severely with this place. Travelling is stressful for some and airports are stressful for most. So when you get this kind of terrible level of service after dealing with airports and travel all day, it would be nice to have someone that wasn't so acerbic and rude to talk to. Because here's the thing: They didn't have 5 shuttles running. So she lied to me. So I pay, I don't tip, because why the hell would I? And I leave. For the last time ever. Park'n'Fly is where i'm going from now on. So long. read more

What was a great service has become terrible. Inside, warm and waiting was the advantage they had, now you get to get into your car outside, in the cold, drag your suitcases through the snow, load them into your car in the cold. They do start it and sweep some of the snow off, who knows how long it's been sitting there running. No more free car wash, pick it up outside, pay extra to "reserve" a plug in that they maybe do or maybe don't actually plug it in. It's not worth it any more, I will JetSet or Park N Fly from now on, at least you get what you pay for and what you expect. read more

As previously stated by another review, this was my go to parking place. The new ownership/management has ruined this completely. Our recent trip we had to wait with another couple on the shuttle for 20 minutes for another group to arrive... in the past elite kept the shuttles rotating, One at elite one at the airport and one traveling between, wait times were small and you were on your way. What was the biggest draw with elite? Well your vehicle was clean and warm ready to go home. Yesterday I got off a flight that had been delayed, looking to get in my warm vehicle and tackle a 3 hour drive home, however my vehicle wasn't inside or warm, they didn't know where it was.... this after the 20 min shuttle wait. Another 20 minutes of waiting with my family and finally my cold, dirty, frosted up vehicle arrives into the bay... absolute garbage, will be going back to using the other airport parking services. read more

Park2Go Review :( Park2Go dropped the ball this week. Being one of the coldest days of the year I expected to be extremely happy for choosing Park2Go. How wrong I was. Once reaching the car pick up building we found out how messed up their organization skills really are. Long story short my car was not delivered to the building for almost an hour. It was covered with snow and ice. I also discovered, once I got in it the car, it had been running long enough to melt a frozen bottle of water enough to drink 25% of it on the way home. Now anyone who knows the nature of ice in -28c...it takes quite a while to turn it to a drink. That also explains why my gas gauge moved so far. My estimation is they started it when I texted my number from the airport. So while we are waiting and waiting, my car is heating up to 27c inside the vehicle (Yes, they turned it up that high). They kept saying over and over "someone is getting it". We used a 7 day Groupon then were charged an additional $15.50 for day 8. Oh, one more thing, my wipers and lower air grills are now all incased in ice. There was no way to remove all the slush that was created by the excessive heat and snow. I park outside so that is yet to be solved. So in summary, never ever again will I go to Park2Go. The concept is great...drive inside a warm building, park your car, unload your luggage and hand them the keys while they load your bags on the shuttle and drive you to your departure airline. That part works. Where it falls apart is their front lot is full of big potholes which have been there at least since January 2017. We hit one very hard - so hard that it hurt my back. And the shuttle has either broken rear springs or worn out shocks....every bump and crack in the roadway sent waves of pain shooting up my back. I immediately informed Park2go through the client feedback on their website......no response - nothing!! I cannot continue to support that level of service, and will be looking for alternatives! read more

We have used Park 2 Go many times but never in weather as severe as our return today (Feb 3/19). Most customers did not have cars ready and waiting. Some never had their cars found. Nothing was offered to any waiting customer. Management: what do you intend to do to correct today's mess? read more

Picked my car up after parking for a week. P2G said nothing said at the time of pickup about any issues, but on the way home, I noted the radio presets were all gone. So clearly the battery had gone dead (though it was working fine when I dropped it off). They chose not to mention it. Worse: my car then had starting problems. The shop diagnosed a dead cell, which "would result from the battery being frozen while fully discharged". Contacted P2G. "Not our problem", they said, although when pressed, they did acknowledge that they had to boost the car to get it started. Eventually, they 'generously' offered a $50 credit for future parking. That's not even the cost of a week's parking, and certainly well short of the cost of a new battery. I won't use these cowboys again! read more

We made arrangements to be picked-up when our 1/2 hour after our flight landed. 12 PM on A Sunday when the shuttle was not there we started calling at 12.11 PM in the afternoon and they assured us it would be there momentarily. We saw three of their shuttles dropping people off at the upstairs drop off point but no one came to the downstairs pickup zone . We called again at 12 .20 12 .30 and 12.35 until finally someone arrived. They blamed it on the call center and where not apologetic at all. All in all from the time we landed till time we got in our vehicle was 1 1/2 hours. Poor POOR Poor read more

I parked my truck with them the November long weekend. I booked a Platinum package detailing. They were very helpful and fast, very considerate. As a woman travelling alone, I was very happy. They took my luggage & loaded it, had me wait in the vehicle as it was very cold. When I arrived, I texted my arrival. The bus was waiting for me, once again, the employees were very considerate & helpful. My vehicle was nice & warm; ready for me.However, they were unable to do my detailing before I arrived. The Operations Manager was quick to take the matters into his own hands; offered to pick my vehicle up & take it in for cleaning & deliver it back to me. They did a wonderful job! We used park 2 go on January 18 2019. They were called from the airport and we were emailed back saying our vehicle would be waiting for us. However when we got there it was not to be found, but a similar vehicle was running. Evan though our licence number was provided. Staff was rude and it took us over an hour to get our vehicle. Staff was rude. No discount was offered. Asked that a manager call us, of course no one called us. Radio station was changed, volume was on full blast. Didn't appreciate staff attitude after a long flight. Will not use this service again. Don't feel like they can be trusted. read more

What a nice way to return from a trip to be driven in a heated garage to a vehicle that has been brought in and snow taken off etc. We've been parking at Park2Go for a while now and will continue to use this facility. We had an issue with them a few months ago but the situation was handled immediately by the company which is nice to know that if you do have an issue that they contact you and resolve it. I recently had a vacation to Europe and having a terrible experience with another "Park and Ride" close by the Edmonton Airport, I thought I would give these guys a go. I was impressed by the quotes I received when dealing with them because they were one a few who offered discounts to serving members of the Canadian Forces. Dropping my t F150 off at the building was a snap. I was in and out literately within 10min and already on the shuttle to the Airport. I was gone for a week, and thought it would be a good chance to have them "Hand Wash" the truck, so that it was nice and clean when I returned. The one thing I noticed was when I dropped off the truck, the attendant never asked what flight I was returning on, what time I was expected to arrive ....... I was told - here is your ticket number for the truck, when you land - call us". And that was it. The return trip was abit of a hassell, because the shuttle wasn't waiting when I landed. So after waiting about 15min (this being AFTER 14 hours total on a plane), and once I had my luggage - the shuttle arrived. The overall service was good and was glad to see the truck sitting in a warm building, all shiny ........... Until I saw it the next morning in the daylight. The so called "HAND WASH" could have easily been done by a 2 year old. It looked like they had taken the truck through a touchless car wash because under all the door handles, you could see plain as day, lines of dirt running down the doors. The side steps still had caked mud on them along the front of the chrome (and not from driving it down Highway 2 to the hotel). Overall service is would be higher if the $20 spent on the so-called Hand Wash, was better. You think someone would have noticed the dirt dripping off the side of ALL the doors, as easily as I did - especially on a BLACK TRUCK. read more

Very disorganized and their Text Message system doesn't work. Called to see if they had gotten my Text and they said no, it wasn't working. Said they would send a shuttle and it would be there in 2-5 minutes. After 20 minutes waiting I called again. Said the shuttle was there but I was standing there the whole time and it never came. You'd think if the shuttle really was there they'd call to see where you were? Good concept, very poor execution. read more

My car was left in breezeway parked in a foot of water when I arrived back from the airport at 12:30 am. Had to brush it off myself not realizing they left the drivers window open. Snow and ice in my car. Then called the next day to complain, they told me they had to do an "investigation" and then did not call back. Called multiple times to get resolution and a refund. Refund was refused by management. Do not use this company! There are better options. Service not as advertised. Be warned. read more

They promised to keep your vehicle warm upon arrival, but when I came in, I paid the fees right away, but still could not find my vehicle in the garage. I was told that it was in the barn.... the vehicle finally came in after 15 minutes of searching and it was freezing cold inside my vehicle.. very disappointed. read more

We picked up our vehicle yesterday after being gone a few days. They first said that they didn't get my text message, then they said because it is so cold out that they couldn't get my vehicle ready. They had about eight people standing there waiting for our vehicles. None had been started. Mine wasn't plugged in even though I had paid for it to be. When they did bring it up they brought it outside. The whole building had a few vehicles in the back section but where they normally put the ones being picked up on each day was empty except for their vans. We had to haul our luggage outside and get into our freezing cold snow covered vehicle. So much for warm and waiting inside. It's not like it was just an error with our vehicle it was every single person waiting inside that was unhappy with the lack of service. Next time I want crappy service like that I will find a bargain basement parking place. We've used this place for years since they were Elite parking, they are far far far from anything even remotely close to elite now. High price no service. Thanks but never again. read more

Park2Go is absolutely the best service I have ever had! We had a groupon for $25 for a 4 day parking pass while we went to Vancouver for the August long weekend. Wow! What a deal! On the way in, the instructions were easy to follow, the shuttle was there waiting and the staff helped with our luggage. We were off to the airport in less than 3 minutes! On the way back, the shuttle was right there waiting at entrance 9, and left 2 minutes after we got on. The driver was a super nice guy from Deerlake Newfoundland and helped us with our luggage. I was so happy with the overall service that I tipped him, which I rarely do, because it's not very often you get service like that! Save yourself the hassle of getting a ride to the airport from friends or family. Just use these guys, you wont regret it! Groupon or not, we will be using Park2Go from now on! read more

Worst Service ever!!!! Parked here numerous times, (before name change), Was always great to come back to a warm car, but this last time our flight was delayed 2 hours due to weather, no big deal. Call for the shuttle 10 minutes it was there, took us back to shop great nice and warm, until you look around to a half empty shop and nope our vehicle was not inside, the young lady at the counter said oh its been running outside for the last hour. Well after waiting an hour for them to bring it in, covered in snow, windshield iced up, i wasn't born yesterday. So we let it thaw out for 30 minutes so we can leave safely, but in the mean time as waiting we have heard numerous people complaining about no vehicle inside and warm as promised. Even heard of a woman with 2 small children being told your car wouldn't start so it's up to you to call a tow truck/AMA for a boost, providing them with no contact information. With this kind of service you might as well park outside yourself and deal with the weather when you get home, because theses people don't really seem to care. I did post a review to their website and after a week with no response or comments I think others need to be aware of the very poor management. read more

I am extremely disappointed with Park2Go. I used your service a few years ago before the name was changed and had a bad experience. I thought I would give it another try to see if anything changed. It didn't. The following are the issues I had this time: - I texted for a shuttle as soon as I returned to Edmonton and from that time until I finally got my truck back, 50 minutes had passed. There was a lot of waiting around at your location and no vehicles were ready. - I was then told that the car wash I had booked was not done due to the cold weather and no washes were being done for the past two days. This would be understandable, however, my truck was there for 6 days and could have easily been washed the first 4 days. Also, I felt like I was being lied to since I saw 3 other vehicles leave which had clearly been freshly washed. - When my truck was finally brought in, it was covered in snow and was a complete block of ice. There was a small opening in the windshield that I could see through and the rest was iced over. - I believe that you leave the vehicle windows open when you park them (I assume to avoid locking keys in them) which I think is a terrible practice as the moisture in the winter that gets inside the cab is not good for the digital displays on most vehicles now. This was the issue I had last time, and again, my leather seats and dash was covered in frost. I have a feeling that this will fall on deaf ears as clearly nothing has changed between the two times that I used your service but I feel that I need to voice my concerns. This review is SOLELY for the EDMONTON location. I have been using this company for my parking needs for 2011, usually 1-2 times per year, except THEN it was Elite Parking, but changed in 2017 to Park 2 Go. I will say that after picking up my vehicle this last time on Friday Jan.24, I will not be using them any longer. My vehicle DEFINATELY was not brought in, as I had to walked outside to the cold barn to get it, as well as brush off 3-4" of snow and ice...... all at midnight. I am also 100% sure it had JUST been started and brought closer to the terminal minutes before I got there, as the interior of the vehicle was still stone cold. People use this service because they offer a warm, snow free vehicle when you arrive back from travelling. This used to be the case when the company monitored the return flights of their customers, but since the customers are to only text their ticket number and gate, its pretty apparent that this is only to ensure the customer vehicle is brought up just before the shuttle brings them back to GET their vehicle. This is the third time this has happened in as many trips, and surprisingly enough, all under the Park 2 Go name. OF course, when I got to the drop off and didn't see my vehicle inside anywhere, I asked where I can find it. I was told to go pay first, then they would tell me where my vehicle was. I now understand why this was.....because had I seen that my vehicle was in the condition it was, I most definitely would NOT have paid and made one hell of a scene. I have referred many travelling friends to this company, as well as apparently given wrong information to first time users while on the shuttle headed to the airport. Totally unimpressed by their services, and will not be using them any longer. Why pay for a service that I don't receive. I can pay much less for shitty service. I will also be leaving a review on trip advisor and any other site I come across that asks for reviews of this company. Wishing it was still Elite Parking....... Not happening again.... read more

Absolutely terrible!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. We parked here during a cold week and requested the vehicle be washed, thinking it would be clean, warm and ready to go as per their advertising. I sent a text when we landed and 45 min later we showed up expecting a clean,warm and running vehicle. I was in for a rude awakening when wwe showed up, apparently due to the cold vehicles were not starting and if your vehicle wouldn't start too bad find another way home. I asked if they had tried boosting my vehicle but was unable to get an answer as all the yard staff was on an extended lunch and not picking up the radio. I was told my vehicle had been tried but would not start. I finally got so fed up with the lack of customer service I went and grabbed my own keys to try my truck. Sure enough when I found it it started right up. I called the area manager to complain and was told he would need to look into this to see what happened. I said sure please look into it and then was told it Waac not a big deal and he was too busy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We will never use this parking service again. Park at your own risk if it's cold out and be ready to be stranded with no plan in place to help you. read more

Park2go formerly known as Elite Park and Ride. This parking lot has been taken over as of October 1. I had used this parking lot once a week since January 1, 2015. Since it became Park2go the service has changed in a negative way. First and foremost they no longer provide a free wash. The ability to ensure you get picked up in a timely fashion, not stellar. Last but not least, the reason (apart from the free wash) I used to park here was to have a warm car upon arrival. This did not happen for me on a -25 degree day. This along with a string of other minor issues is the reason I no longer use this establishment. read more

We parked here in November paid for the Platinum Package, truck was not cleaned to my satisfaction, wax left on it, dirty windshield, etc. Devon the manager committed to making it right, took back in and they had it for a month while I was at work. Upon my return last evening my truck looked like it was still parked in the wash bay. When they brought it up there streaks all over the exterior in several places and what looks like armor all all over the glass on my mirrors, I had requested the box be washed out and it was not done. I gave immediate feedback of my dissatisfaction to one of the employees who quite frankly looked embarrassed. I left feedback this morning in a text to Devon asking for a refund of my platinum package. Definitely will not return to this place was much better under Elite Parking. read more

I used park2go near Edmonton airport for the first and last time. I picked my vehicle up late around 10 pm and drove it straight home to Sylvan Lake and parked it in my garage. The next day I washed it with a wand wash myself and upon inspecting my cleaning job I noticed scratches all over the front driver side over the tire and small ones on the hood. I called and first spoke with an employee who said it wouldn't have been them who scratched it but would put me through to a manager. I sent him pictures and left a message. He was quick to get back to me however told me they would not help me because I "posted about my experience on social media or normally they would." I called Calgary in an attempt to reach someone higher up in management where they put me through to another manager. He said upon looking at pictures of my vehicle when it arrived it looked like the scratches were already there. I asked if he could send me the pictures and he said he wasn't sure how to do that and if I wanted I could drive it an hour and a half to the park2go in Edmonton where it originally happened and they could buff them out. I said I didn't plan on ever taking my vehicle back there in which he replied "we could do nothing then" I have taken it to an auto body shop where they think they may be able to buff some out but some of the scratches are too deep. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has been a horrible experience and nothing but bad attitudes and horrible customer service following the incident. I now have scratches all over my vehicle I bought brand new and have taken very good care of. I will be paying out of my own pocket to take it to a proper auto body shop I trust with my vehicle. This park and ride used to be great when it was called Elite Park and Ride, but now since Park2GO took it over the service is terrible. I will definitely not be parking my vehicle there anymore. read more
