A week later I remembered that I was in Walgreens, so I stopped in and asked if anyone had seen my glasses. WELL, it was my lucky day A BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY NAMED DIAMOND was working the front desk. She looked all over, in the offices and storage areas. She was gone for about 10 minutes. When she came back she said sorry 'no-luck.' I left, got into my car and was leaving when DIAMOND came racing out of Walgreens front door waving, she FOUND my glasses. Every one look at the name tags of the store associates: when you see DIAMOND tell her how happy I am with her excellent service. This was my first time at this location, and if I can avoid ever coming back, I absolutely will. To be specific, employees blatantly avoided customers. They made eye contact with me while I was waiting at the register, then looked away and refused to come over. It felt like they were playing hot potato to see who would actually have to help. There was no urgency, no professionalism, and no basic customer service. Walgreens needs to take a serious look at this location because the experience was unacceptable.

I repeated it a couple of times, set down everything I'd planned to purchase--including a cup of coffee I had just made--and walked out. I took a photo of the store's exterior to note the address for follow-up. I then went to a nearby competitor, where I received excellent service, thanked them for the experience, and shared my disappointment with Circle K. They have also told me I should move so I can receive FedEx at my home. Due to them hating this part of their job-they won't even try to get your packages.
