They have recently upgraded the Wi-Fi network and it is fast, although I believe there is now a limit on the bandwidth used. A delicious breakfast is included, and I highly recommend it. The owner is on site and is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short drive from the Hannover airport. If you are coming by train from city centre, it will take you about 20 minutes. The hotel is walkable from the train station, although if you have a lot of luggage you should probably take a taxi. In addition to the hotel restaurant, there are several other good restaurants within a couple of blocks. One time when I stayed here, I had to catch an early train because I had several connections to make to get to Frankfurt. When I mentioned this, they prepared my breakfast to go since I had to leave before the usual time. I thought this was very nice, especially since it was offered to me without asking, and there was no extra charge. When I stay here, I feel like I am with "family".

The little details are what made me glad that I stayed here. Like something as small as the images used for decor was some of the iconic landmarks in Hannover. Small and silly but I appreciated it. The front desk was helpful and spoke English (thank god, I didn't want to have to use my translator). We had a blast just chatting with them as well. Taxi's were easily accessed.
