Can you please explain why the preacher was told to leave before my Mama's "memorial service"?…read moreThere was no service... we were all back home by 330pm because whoever was in charge told our pastor that he was NOT preaching any services there and needed to leave the premises? So the pastor and his elderly mother went and sat in their car in the parking lot until everything was over and they could come speak to me and my dad. Your staff had everyone there (few people because obituary was late being published) running around looking for preacher that had already been told to leave. Also, your "business" mysteriously found a way to collect $10k on an accidental death policy for my mother but her death was no accident. How were the girls in the office able to do that? That is fraud, isn't it? My mother died from Alzheimer's disease, please tell me how her dying peacefully in her bed surrounded by her family was an accident! How many other people have yall filed accidental policies on and NOT told them? I bet they're gonna find quite a few.
