From the moment Mark walked into my home he was nothing but professional and I could tell he cared a lot about my experience with him. Mark sat with members of my family including my autistic son who really needed help understanding what was happening. I told Mark I had no idea where to start or what to ask for and he just took all my worries and questions and went through everything at a pace I could manage and understand. He never tried to upsell anything to me, in fact, he helped me think about what I really needed so I did not have to worry about escalating costs. We covered everything, even down to flowers, religion and so much more. The lady in the front office at Abertillery branch is super efficienty but mature and coped excellently with my tearful relatives she made us tea and immediately conatced one of the furneal directors who was with us straight away. The handled everything for usm guidinng difficult decisions but not being overbearing, supporting us but givining us the freedon to do whatever we wanted to personalise the service to suit our aunt. We could even have photographs on the hymn sheet; just one of the unique touches that helped make the day special. There is no competition for these people, Kevin, Dilwyn, Ann and Alan are superb.

The staff were marvellous, even though it was hard for them to hear what was required when dealing with an emotional person. The staff who work there were very kind and caring as I wished to have arrangements made for a child. I told them what I would like and they took care of the rest, without fuss or undue distress to me. I cannot thank them or praise them enough for what they did and how kind they were.
