I think I got mine from a vitamin deficiency when I almost starved myself to death in January. It started out pretty bad numbness from the stomach down. Now after a 2 month treatment it's mostly in my feet and I do have more feeling. Many people get this, naturally insurance doesn't cover it, and I'm on medicare. But I went all in before body parts started falling off of me. It's really not something to be put off or ignored. I signed up for the program. In the office there are 3 really cool machines to use and the infrared room. You can pick your music. You are sent home with a kit to soak your feet with electrodes. You also have an infrared plug in for your legs and feet. I'm gonna miss doing this on the porch as it gets colder. Also nutrient powders are included. I like that it's on the outer part of Woodbury. She has a great staff that are as on top of it as she is. She also specializes in weight loss/management. She has a lot of new clients every week and lists them on the board. If it weren't for the amount of sciatic pain and neck pain I was having I don't think I would have ever went back to a chiropractor but boy am I glad I did! He made some recommendations for chiropractic and physical therapy starting at about 3 times a week and then scaling back once I started feeling better. Together, we came up with a plan that included adjustments and massages with Krista, who is a fantastic masseuse. After a few weeks, I was feeling noticeably better, and the before-and-after X-rays made the improvement clearly visible. At the same time, I had been struggling with my forearm after tweaking it while doing curls. For nearly a year, I saw a physical therapist and even received a PRP injection, but nothing seemed to be relieving the pain. Dr. Brent recommended I try laser therapy, and after about six sessions, my forearm was feeling great. I'm definitely looking forward to trying it on other areas that have been giving me trouble.
