truly will not come back here. if they really cared about my cat that needed emergency surgery,…read morethey would have done it to save her life and asked about money later. they are very money hungry and treat the low income pop like garbage. i called ahead and asked about some concerns ahead of time, and asked about expenses. what i was told was affordable. after she was looked at, i was expected to pay half of the full payment for the down payment of course, but unfortunately i ended up not being able to.. i tried everything i could. they saw that i was struggling, and after that, told me i owed them even more than i originally did. they will try to fork all the money they can from u. tried making negotiations and they handed me a different bill instead, was clearly holding back tears and they didn't even seem sorry. they knew the situation was life threatening, but they stopped everything in their tracks and wanted the money first. on top of that, every time i had a question i had to go out and find someone, and they would find my doctor and i ended up being there for two hours because they weren't willing to even help or give me other options. they made me feel like i was intruding and that they couldn't help me. i wasn't given any suggestions to help my situation other than just payment plans for this clinic. i had to ask for other options so i could literally leave, and asked about other places to go to and i was basically told "idk". don't come here please

I see no indication of this pet ever attending any school of any type . I wanted a senior pet due to my advanced age, but found out this pet was 19 years old, much older than I wanted. not a bargain at $220.00.
