My mouth was inflamed and I was refusing to continue the service. The young lady needs more practice on her customer skills. She's so focused on getting the task done, that she loses sight of the customer experience and I was at 10 coming into the door and at a 1 ready to leave her chair. She recognized that I was not pleased and got help. Help came in the form of a man with the most gentle eyes by the name of Amin, his voice was nice to. Amin saved the appointment by doing my x-rays by hand and forgetting all that fancy painful equipment. By the way, it would be great to know that if I have not been to the office in a while that I will have to go through a gamete of procedures before I get my teeth cleaned. Had I known that going in, I would have been a bit more mentally prepared for all that transpired. My hygienist then takes over for my cleaning and I must admit she did an extraordinary job on the cleaning. She redeemed herself after the x-ray and scan failures. My past two dental insurances only cover this service for children 16 and under and is not covered for adults. The hygienist said it was covered and I ended up having to pay OOP. Two hygienists have verbalized it in this way. It's likely a 2 minute procedure that lets them make $40-50 hence why they do this. It's not a good business practice to not clearly and fully inform the patient. Parking is good, dentist is good. Equipment seems very updated and has the TV screen that you can watch from the chair. They seem to be taking COVID very seriously with precautions. Automated text appointment reminders are a plus. Their website for filling out forms and consistency/clarity of instructions is lacking. Also their tablets for filling out the information is not the most responsive.

Back bottom tooth #18 was very sensitive to cold and had issues (needed to come out), so much so it triggered my chronic migraines to a severe heightened pain. Dr Lee and staff took me in the same day immediately coming from my dentist's office and ended up staying well after normal office hours. He took time and tested various teeth in the back area of my mouth to determine that it actually was #18 causing the problem before performing root canal. His entire staff (Hannah was assisting) were so incredibly sweet to me too while I was in obvious pain, scared, and just feeling miserable when I walked in, I felt so much better when I walked out! Highly recommend!!
