He told us my husband couldn't work once his permit expired, by didn't even bother to look at our paperwork or mention there exist an online request to expedite an EAD if you will be facing a hardship. Nor did he mention we met the requirements for an automatic 180 day extension offered by USCIS for our filing category. I found all this on USCIS website myself. I paid for this attorney's hour yet he paid no attention to our case or cared about our problem. Very disappointed in his lack of professionalism and knowledge of current policies.
