Firstly, I am very impressed by their efforts to keep the marine park pristine & the protection of the marine life & 'coral'. They limit the amount of divers at each of their dive locations at one time and in total per day/month. However, if you have snorkeled or done dives in the South Pacific, Caribe & or Mediterranean/Red Sea I think you will be a bit disappointed by what they call 'coral reefs', the lack of color exhibited by the fish & sometimes limited visibility; 10-20 feet on the day we did the dive. The 'reefs' are rocks with intermittent single outcroppings of mostly dichotomous small branched coral. The water temp in summer is in the high 60's & low 70's & with a 5ml wet suit I still managed to feel a bit cold. I was told Nov is the best time to dive as the water may reach the low to mid 80's. The only reason I am giving 3 stars and not 2 is the large numbers of schools of fish that exist there due to the protection by the marine park. read more
