I called the police finally....the builder said not our fault...... Do three months later my husband went to the company and picked up the mailbox and installed it.....long story short.....horrible customer service.....

We hired FMW to construct a dock. They filed a permit but not a NOC. They came out and put in 4…read morepoles and hit rock. They said that they would have to come back because the equipment they needed was in the shop. We didn't hear from them for 2 weeks so my husband contacted them. He was told they were on a big job and would contact him in a week to 10 days. Well, we may not be a big job but we are still paying customers who have been waiting.Those weeks went by and nothing. He contacted them again and was told they'd be in contact as soon as they can. Another couple of weeks went by and nothing. Finally, my husband contacted them and told them we no longer needed their service. We would find someone else. We never signed a contract only had their quote and dock design. The dock was supposed to be done by the end of March and it is now the first of June. Do not recommend. BTW, the company that came out to look at what FMW did told us that everything they had done was not right. They cut off poles that should have been left full size and spacing of poles for walkway/ramp to dock was incorrect.

They came out again and said they didn't know why it was cracking but they would reapply and fix the issues, and would charge $1,200.00. We thought that was fair so we said ok. They came out and started the work I came out and told them some areas were too dark , please blend it to be lighter. They told me it was wet and the colors were fine. The photos show the finished product. They only did some areas and not the whole deck. It looks like children threw the stain around and left. Cracks are still showing in the areas not done. We now have to find another company to fix this ugly mess. Use any company but this one. Do not want to give it any stars, but looks like I have to give at least one.
