Grab a card. Grab a plate and wander in through 3 aisles of delicacy. Very impressed. Every dish entered deep into then taste buds and revealed the original ingredient ( opposite of pre-prepared paste and sauces common in the western world) Salty chicken. Yes ... But does not over power to hide other notes. I would highly recommend pairing meats with choice of red wine. read more
