For important personal reasons, I needed those parts repaired quickly. They would answer my calls and receive me in a friendly manner but there was no sense of urgency. Their progress reports were vague and lacked specificity One of the parts was outsourced to a third party. That third party also lacked urgency of any kind. I had to initiate all forms of inquiry. We informed that the shaft had been shipped via UPS, the conjectured that would arrive in a couple of days. But no guarantee. When I asked about a tracking number, they stated they knew of none. All UPS pkgs have a tracking number. You just have to ask. After all three parts were returned to the marina, the owner declared I was " a real pain in the ass" My assessment is that he needs to look up the definition of a customer. We're the ones that pay him for his services. We're the element of his business that pay his bills, provide tax money and generate his profits. I would never use this business again and will discourage many of my fellow boaters from engaging them in any instance
