Finally despite settling before he had to do much work on the case (he specifically stated such at the settlement hearing), he took 40% including off the money I had to pay back to my health insurance and the money he took for costs so he ended up with more money than I did. Promised to represent me and lied, just took my money! I paid them 25,000 dollars and they stole my money! After 3 years never set a foot in a courtroom. Quit on me when I finally had a nervous breakdown and took an overdose of pills (I spent a week in ICU then locked up in the looney bin) because my divorce was being drug through the mud for 2 years.
