There's a kids room, toy room, shoe room, dish room and women's clothing room. In the backside of the building you can find bikes and outdoor toys. There is also a shed type building with men's clothing. Honestly it sounds a little strange compared to other thrift stores but I absolutely loved it. It reminds me of thrift stores when I was a child. Every single inch of this store is perfectly clean and organized and the staff is so friendly. The prices are very fair and they seem to have special sales on the screen as you enter. The day I came pants and athletic wear were 50% off and the green tagged items were also 50% off. This was such a incredible deal. For the clothes selection everything was nearly designer or very new quality. For even more bargains they have a clearance center next door!! The prices remind me of how thrift stores use to be. None of the crazy up-charging. You can easily find yourself here for hours. I ended up buying a little bit of everything. I am excited to have discovered a new pristine thrift. I highly recommend.

If I was a much younger man just starting out in life and had to rebuild from ground up, than I would be shopping at thrift stores like Molly Mutt all the time. They have just about everything you need at a very affordable price. They have tons clothing and shoes; a variety of appliances, cooking utensils, and silverware; electronics, DVD's, CD's, VHS; hair care items such as irons, curlers, hair dryers; loads of books, trinkets, holiday decorations, knick knacks, and so much more. The one thing they do not have is a restroom for customers, so this cut our time here short. Alternatively, they do have a changing room so you can try on before you buy, unlike many thrift stores we have been to in the last few days. Today, I purchased a music book for piano filled with Christmas songs. The book looks like it has never been opened and is in like new condition inside and out, minus the rusted staples in the binding. I only paid .58 cents which is a huge bargain when comparing to my last few music book purchases at other thrift stores over the last couple days. All in all, it was a great stop and worth the visit, just know that there is no public restroom available so take care of business before you arrive.

I recently discovered Patriots & Paws Thrift Store while driving by, and decided to stop in--and…read morewhat a pleasant surprise it was! This little local shop is truly a hidden gem. They have a great selection of vintage china, furniture, and other items, all beautifully arranged. Even though it's a thrift store, everything is so clean and well-organized--you can tell the owners put a lot of care and attention into maintaining the store. The prices are also very reasonable. I bought a lovely wooden side table to go next to my sofa--solid quality, no damage whatsoever. I also found a nearly new computer desk for my daughter, and the price was great. What truly warmed my heart was the atmosphere. The elegant lady who runs the shop has decorated the fitting room in such a cozy and tasteful way--it's even nicer than those in some big-name department stores! Her husband and their son (a kind young man) were also there, and he kindly helped load the furniture into my car. That thoughtful service meant a lot to me. Next time I shop here, I also plan to bring some gently used household items to donate. I sincerely hope more people will discover and support this wonderful local store. They not only run their business with heart, but also quietly give back to the community.

He extracted the watch from the display case and let me inspect it. It was a beautiful vintage 1927 Illinois Bunn Special. (Here's a brief history via an authoritative source:) "In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Illinois became especially renowned for "railroad-grade" and "railroad approved" watches, valued for accuracy under demanding conditions (temperature extremes, positions, etc..). Famous models included the "Bunn Special" and "Sangamo Special ". These met strict railroad timekeeping standards (e.g. , accuracy within 30 seconds per week in various orientations and temperatures). At its peak Illinois was employing approximately 1300 employees and making hundreds of movements per day. In 1928, Illinois was bought out by The Hamilton Watch Company of Lancaster, Pa. The Springfield plant closed around 1932 amid the Great Depression and the original factory buildings were eventually demolished or repurposed." So I have to say I was pretty excited to have found one of these historic timepieces and it looked to be in great condition! Meanwhile Mike started searching a pocket watch database on his laptop via the watch's serial number and discovered a lot of useful information. I was very impressed with his service. He had a price attached to the watch and I asked him what his rock bottom price was. He knocked 20% off the asking price and I thought this was a very fair price- if not a really good deal! I purchased this historic and beautiful watch and I plan to give it to my brother as a gift. I'm very pleased with my purchase and experience here and will most certainly return in the near future. This store has a lot of different items (collectibles/antiques) to look at and choose from. If you're in the area I suggest you check them out.

It is located on the hill and there is a large free parking lot across the street. The owner of the store sells items along with other antique dealers that have space in the store. Prices may be negotiable depending on what it is and who is selling it. I had fun exploring several rooms filled with jewelry, collectibles, books, porcelain, glass, furniture, and art. During my treasure hunt I found a china bowl with a sterling base that matched my Grandmother's Royal Rose china pattern. It was marked $18 but when I went to pay it was 50 percent off. Score! As I paid I got to visit with the owners adorable pet parrot assistant who helps with the check outs. I had a great experience and will definitely be back next time I am in the area.
