It was very welcoming and not pretentious at all, unlike some of the other hair salons in Bologna. Both of us felt comfortable and were in great "hands". I got my hair colored, cut, styled while my friend had just a cut and style. We loved both of our stylists; Anna, the owner Pino, and also his assistant Sofia. All of them were so nice and friendly, and Pino had us laughing and joking the whole time. It was great! They are a great team and catered to our hair needs and questions we had.
