I had a perfect experience here. I walked in with no appointment. The gentleman who cut my hair was very kind and gave me exactly the cut I was looking for. He did my hair and beard, short and even. I only had to wait 10 minutes, and the cut only took 15 minutes. It cost 15 euro, quite reasonable - though I have less hair than most on top so that may be a factor ;)
The location is quite clean, open, and well lit. It's a small shop, three main stations plus some extra stations for washing hair.
When I waited inside for my friend to pick me up afterwards the owner went out to grab himself a coffee - and offered to get me one too. Super nice! Don't expect free coffee every time though ;) That pushed me over the edge to give them five stars.
Also they didn't have a Yelp listing before I came here, and as far as I know they're completely unaware of Yelp so it's not like they were especially trying to impress me. They are genuinely nice people.
...*sigh*... Italy is totally spoiling me. I'm not sure I want to go back to the USA anymore lol
