After completing my service I was told that because I didn't have the receipt for my gift card they would not accept it. The owner actually called the cops on me when I refused to pay for the service that had already paid for in the form of a gift card, and accused me of fraud. He was rude and belligerent. Sent a bunch of photos during the 2-3 days it supposedly took to do the job. (Very deceiving when photos are taken from 3ft+ away...a simple car wash and it'll look good) Paint was shiny, I'll give 'em that...but nowhere close to what I was promised or even expected. Swirls? still there...Clay Bar? Not even used cause even with whatever sealant/wax they used, the paint still felt rough. Interior was wiped down with a rag at most. I checked under the mats, dirty. A complete hack job. Had to argue for a refund....ended up with approx 40% back. What a horrible experience. Go with personal recommendations when it comes to detailing shops...the reviews this place has on Google all seem very suspect based on my experience. Just my luck...Guess they put the new guy or the disgruntled employee on my car.

Getting a tint applied on your vehicle can be nerve-wracking but Audio Heaven has you covered!…read more I researched several places and felt more comfortable with the conversations I had with Jeff and his son, along with the rave reviews on several websites. Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. I reached out and John was amazing made a very reasonable quote that my husband said "Done!" There times that they were available were always very reasonable (who is open till 7 pm on a Saturday? Thank you for that made doing other errands easier) Apparently Carl is the electronic specialist that actually installed my equipment. It is beautiful. It works great. I didn't even know that both cameras recorded at the same time and I can see everything they were wonderful to show me that everything worked before I left. Their price is very competitive; almost 1/3 price lower than the quote we got from a body shop. We provide the credit card to order the glass ahead on time.
