I took a chance and called "Justin's Leak free roofing" a cold call from a Yelp ad. It was one of the best cold calls that I've ever made!! I was so impressed by Justin and his administrative assistant Miro for their professionalism, reliability, and excellence in the quality of work. Justin fixed all of the broken wood planks (the others had covered up), showed us pictures of before and after each step of the all repairs and did a beautiful roofing job finishing with rake edging. The pricing was more than fair for this kind of detailing and quality. I never give reviews for any product or anyone, but Justin is worthy and deserving!
