He came late and had to set up quick. There was a problem and he couldn't get his equipment to work. First he blamed a kid for knocking a wire and then changed the story to a kid touched the screen. The party was over and at no point was his equipment operational. I was very understanding to the fact that things happen. He wanted to come back another day but the school would not allow it. I asked for a refund which he refused. In my opinion anyone taking money away from a non-profit organization is an absolute disgrace and a company I would never want to deal with.
