They don't care about their patients refills! I was told today that they don't have time to call the insurance company to get a preauth.. It will be Monday before she gets too. I had a appointment in November and im still waiting on preauth., to get a refill on my prescription. Careteam my butt. More like careless team! read more

If there was anything lower than 1 star this place deserves it. Doctors and educators do not…read morelisten to patient's input. According to support staff their equipment more often than not does not download insulin pump readings correctly. When doctors asked about this they refuse to address issue. Doctors do not allow questions, will not acknowledge presence of anyone other than primary patient, will not explain or share care plan for patient. Educators and doctors take information from insulin pump readings only into consideration and do not discuss circumstances of readings with patient. Very slow in getting paperwork filled out and submitted which causes billing issues. Do not get return phone calls, on call doctors give advice which is then disregarded by educator. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH.

Though the building is older, the friendliness and knowledge of the nurses and the skill of Dr. Otte made me quickly forget the somewhat-gloomy office. I was here for nearly 3 hours but never felt uncomfortable or that my time was being wasted. I learned a lot from my visit and recommend that anyone with allergies pay this office a visit.

Both a RN & PA evaluated my elbow, cleaned it up & the PA used surgical glue to close the wound. Everyone was friendly, helpful & professional. I walked out the door approximately 36 minutes later! I give the care five stars & would gladly use this facility again if I need to! Pat L
