Not sure what sevices this is because applicants can do this themselves, but maybe if they don't have a telephone. When you first come in, there's a billboard with job listings. I have never seen any of interest to me. This time, they did have a listing for a dishwasher and I believe a plumber. Here's What I Think... They're actually partially run by Rubicon Programs, a non-profit that helps people with employment and a number of other services. When I came by I met the front desk staff who were very friendly and let me know that they don't have any veteran's rep, but can set up an appointment with the local East Bay one. I was impressed by how clean it was and also how organized! Usually these places can get hectic with the amount of people coming in and out but this was a great visit. Thank you friendly staff!

It's been two weeks without pay and they insist it is my responsibility to call the bank and resolve this issue even though they input the information themselves straight from my banking app. Even another one of their employees said the account number needed to be longer but the person who input the information refused to acknowledge what her coworker said. it has been annoying dealing with their carelessness with this whole situation. There was another person speaking with them about missing hours while I waited for them to help me. The job opportunities they provide are less than ideal and their communication makes you feel like a burden.
