this was a terrible agency that called me for a job that I worked 2 days and didn't get paid due to them messing up my banking information how can som work and not get paid.? It doesn't make any sense and I'm am outraged at how I was dealt with especially with it being Christmas and all. the check was for 159$ and they said they will not send the money to the right bank account and that this is my issue not there. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: Updating because one of their crazy workers literally messaged me on here telling me to delete this review and also that MY OPINION is wrong. It's funny but also weird. Let me just say that I interviewed so well that I received a job offer less than a week later after going to this agency. It was awesome! But that's where it ends. The job ended up being the worst job of my life that I had to leave it because it made me so miserable. I called my agent, if that's what you would call her, a handful of times to see if there were other jobs she could help me get-- I left voicemails for her, I spoke to others in the office to let her know, and NOTHING. It was incredibly unprofessional. It was literally like a "one and done". She got money off of me being successful and when I tried to go back for help finding an actual good job, she was done. She got what she wanted and that was it. What really bugged me was that she had all of my personal info. I'm going to keep it pretty plain and simple: These people will not call you back and do not look for employment opportunities for you. If you go in, you'll hear them on the phones constantly leaving messages that say, "Hi, I found your resume on Monster.com. We have a wonderful position for you that just opened up so please give me a call back at _____". Look around for a different agency and make sure you read reviews first. read more

I moved to Worcester in August of 2018. I was really flipping out about getting a job. I'd never worked a full time job before (fresh out of college). I heard about Partnership through a friend at my church. I emailed Tanja and they immediately started to help me out. After that I worked with T. Bledsoe. She was awesome! She helped me revise and beef up my resume, gave me tips for taking interviews, and kept me updated on what jobs she had available. So as a 41 yr old woman, seeking employment, for a second part time job, I was called for an interview about an office position. The interview with Tanja was a little odd. She asked me questions that I felt I should of asked her, regarding three things I like about myself, I need to fix, etc. I was sitting there feeling kind of like a child. I guess this is how Partnership Employment conduct their interviews. But nonetheless after I aced my interview, believing this, because I have been in the hospital field, and a lawyers firm, for half my life, feeling confident, well spoken, and happy about how it went, she said she would call me the next day. Never heard from her. So I called, and she was not available. Left name and message. Next day no call. I called again, left name in message, and needless to say I never heard back from her. This place is the worst! They never returned any emails any phone calls very unprofessional. This is an employment agency they should be at the ready to help someone. I've never experienced something so horrible. They give out their email addresses and their phone numbers and say to contact them any time they are here to help they also give you a recruiter who supposed to work with you how are you supposed to work with someone you never answer phone calls or respond to emails very disappointed would highly not recommend using them. I had one recruiter tell me that they will call me immediately the next day the next day turned into three days I called back and then a week I called back into weeks I called back never heard from them again but even try with another recruiter who said she had a great opportunity for me and again called her no response emails.
