I needed to find a balloon shop in the area that would deliver my balloons (needed 40 latex balloons), and sure enough, I placed the order (in person), and within two hours, they were able to deliver them. It's $25 for a delivery fee (not sure what the radius was) and while it's a bit pricey, it's comparable and actually, WELL WORTH IT because of how easy it was and also for the convenience of it! I also learned that 20 latex balloons is standard for a vehicle to hold, so anything bigger than that, would definitely need a larger vehicle and/or a for real delivery service...like what Party Plus offers!! Wide selection of balloons and other event goodies, and definitely kind staff too!

They did the wonderful job draping the tent with a chandelier. Actually, they did wonderful job setting up everything. The color coordination was superb. Cesar was wonderful. We paid for a water slide…read morethat was majorly defective and not only did he refuse to rectify the problem, he refused to refund me when he ordered his employee to pack up the broken slide at 1:00pm. It was delivered that morning. His slide ruined my 4-year-old's birthday party. CESAR COULD NOT CARE LESS. When the water wouldn't flow through his defective slide, he stated that my water pressure was "too strong." Like any other water spigot, it goes from a drip to a trickle to a slow flow to medium flow to a strong flow. Apparently each one of those pressures was "too strong." I've had several water slides in my backyard over the years. Water pressure has never been a problem. Think about it for one second. Water from a spigot isn't simply on or off. It's a huge risk renting slides from here. It can easily ruin your child's party. And when it goes bad, Cesar will refuse to fix the problem and then refuse to refund you. Like I said: CESAR IS A BAD PERSON. If you don't believe me, try it. But before you do, ask yourself why his company's ratings are so low. Coincidence? Nope. It's because CESAR IS A SCAM ARTIST. Read the other reviews. I wish I did before renting from him.
