Order fulfilled on time. Order correct. Customer service was poor. Three people waiting for pickup orders. They did not acknowledge any of us. Yes they were busy, but not even a "we'll be with you as soon as we can." It wasn't until I attempted to grab my balloon order (sitting on the counter) before they actually did anything. Do not waste your time with Party City. I orders Ballons online for pick up in this store. I placed the order the day before. When I get to the store to pick the balloons they told me that the order had been cancelled. No further explanations. No one notified me that the order had been cancelled. When I called customer service the referred me to speak to the store manager and when I spoke to the store manager she told me that she had nothing to do with it. This is unacceptable. Had a great experience. Called ahead to make sure they had the items I was looking for. We lost connection but they called me back to confirm that they did have it. I was surprised to see lots of wine and beer for sale as well so I was able to get my items and some wine for the party I was going to. They even gave me some recommendations for spirit gum and eyelash glue I needed for the costume. They share a parking lot with the plaza and have some side parking by their building as well. Buyer Beware: 24 hours return policy on all electronics, including lights. This policy is not posted at register with normal return policy. Manager (Emmanuel) was very curt and would not make any exceptions! Completely unreasonable policy. so the items in the store were fine but the employees could literally have not given less of a f*ck that we were there. the girl who checked us out was around 18 and very snappy when we approached the register and then continued her casual conversation with her coworkers and not even attempting to speak to us when we were checking out and then just laid the bag on her side of the counter not even attempting to pay attention (still conversing with her coworkers about personal life stuff) and gave us a weird look when I had to lean over the counter to even grab my bag to leave the store. This is a nice, big, clean and organized Party City store. I actually came to this store because I needed to buy some supplies for my kid's birthday party and I found everything I was looking for, I even found some stuff that I didn't even knew I needed. Staff was helpful when I required some assistance with their balloon inventory. Prices are reasonable and they have so much stuff, even if you don't need party supplies, its fun to just wander around the store to see all the cool merchandise they have. read more

You guys are the worst!!! I live in Boston and came to Florida on vacation and had to come to this store. I went in yesterday because I needed to buy a gender review baloon and after I waited for 30 minutes in line they told me they had a corporate call to stop selling balloons at 3pm( they closed at 8pm). So I came back Today, not only did Cinthia sell me the wrong balloon( no writings on it) they are not all trained to fill the balloons and I had to wait for the pink hair lady to fill up the wrong balloon. When I questioned about the balloon type she just said "that's the balloon we do it" and turned her back on me. Will never come back to this store if I am in Florida again. I came in to this party city because online it showed they had 2 of the costumes that I wanted. I prefer to purchase in person so that I can see the material, check if it's worth my money and not have to pay for shipping. The manager, that I believe goes by "Steph" was extremely rude. She didn't even acknowledge me and refused to look in the back and said for me to just "order online." First I asked if they had the costume and she immediately said no without checking. Then I showed her on my device that it states there were 2 available. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I work in sales and that is no way you treat a customer. Most recently, I was just told they could not blow up balloons on a Saturday for a party because they won't have helium for another week. WTF? Party City has no helium? This is a new location that opened in the Crosslands shopping center next to a pet supermarket. This used to be located in the Loop West. I have been here several times now since the move. This location is much larger then the previously one. Nice and spread out. Nothing here feels cluttered. Everything is arranged by color which is nice. Good selection of everything you would need to host a party or get together. Nice balloons. Best place to find a Halloween costume. Good selection of sizes and accessories. Nice helpful staff. Probably the worst party city ever!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would but they're lucky to get this one. Today I went to have some balloons filled that I purchased on my own, and they said that for a week they had absolutely no helium and said that the surrounding party cities were also out. So I was obligated along with all other customers to purchase a helium tank as they suggested so that they could complete my order. There was literally no other choice or solution but to spend more money. The helium tank was $40 just to inflate 15 balloons!!! Then when I opted to pay and have the balloons delivered to my home, they said they unfortunately do not deliver to my Zip Code. This is the only and closest party city to my residence, so I had no other option but to take everything home and inflate them on my own.... By far the worst customer service. No one knows anything! The store is a complete disaster and sooo disorganized/messy. They have 1 person working the register which takes FOREVER just to check out.... It's just one bad thing after another. I have never had a positive experience at this location and I've been here several times because there is no other option. read more

The worst, most rude customer service I have ever experienced. It's almost like they hate the customers. I was just there to get graduation decorations for a party. I had an (over-priced) balloon bouquet and needed it inflated. As I waited for the staff person Bryan to finished with the young lady in front of me (who was barely dressed) I notice how friendly and talkative he was with her and thought I would be having a similar experience. WRONG! When I got to the counter he walked away. I thought maybe he was straightening up after the last customer. Nope! He just simply started talking to another employee as I stood there waiting for service. I placed my item on the counter and had to ask if he was the person to help with inflating balloons! He mumbled something and moved back to his conversation with the other employee. I asked what he said he just looked at me as if he had no clue why I was in the line (or on the planet). I once again asked for help with inflating the balloons. He took the package reluctantly, filled the balloons and told me I had to go stand in line to pay for the bag that was right behind him. I asked why he said because that's the policy. I asked if he could simply bag them and let me make one trip to the other counter instead of coming back. He mumbled something and walked away. I asked if he was having a bad day or if i had offended him and told him his attitude was deplorable and I was not pleased with his mumbles and disrespect. I then proceeded to the check out counter and asked for a manager. The cashier pointed to the person at the register closer to the balloon inflation area and said she would help me. It was then that I realized that the so-called manager was standing less than 10ft away from that whole episode I had with Bryan. She saw and heard the whole ordeal but did nothing to intervene, correct it or otherwise "manage" the situation and employee. I then knew it was useless to make a compliant with her, so I asked for corporate contact infornation. The whole ordeal was unnecessary and unprofessional. I came in to get my balloons that I ordered on Thursday. As I walked in the lady at the register asked if I came to get them filled up, I said yes. She made me wait 3 minutes and then continued to sell balloons to a customer at the register, to then say they don't have helium today. First of all how do you sell balloons if you can't fill them up? Second of all isn't that what you led with while you check out someone who wants balloons? I found it all rude and frustrating.
