They woke me up twice on a Sunday morning after my major birthday party in a rush to get the tent. They set up the tent 4 to 5 days ahead of time and we're such a hurry to take it down. They could've at least given me 24 hours to recover and clean up from the party. You may save money with this company, but it's not worth the hassle. And they were extremely rude to me. The quality of the tent wasn't even that great. The side walls had slits in the windows. In addition, the chairs had stains all over them. Spent over $1000 renting from them to be aggravated not even seven hours after my party ended.
